Has a few minor issues with my drive through order when an employee by the name of Tamara made me feel like a valued customer and fixed my issues without hesitate.This was my 1st time visiting this particular location, but because of her professionalism, I will most definitely be a regular customer when I'm in Greensboro.Great job, Zaxbys! Keep great employee like her. ??????????
I wanted to make sure I shared my experience at this location. I visited the drive thru here on 3/31. I had ordered for a large family 4 different adult entrees and 2 kids meals. When I arrived home with the food I realized two things one I was missing a salad and two I was charged extra for upsizing of beverages when the lady over the intercom stated that they had no more regular cups. It wasn’t really that big of a deal things happen, just one person in our group was out a meal for the night. That night I got on Zaxbys feedback website to see if I could get comped for the salad I was missing and inquired about the extra charge on the drinks. I received a response back rather quickly stating that if I brought the receipt and the email confirmation in they would just give me another salad and fix the surcharge on the drinks.On April 12th I returned on my way home from work to order another big family meal and had my receipt and email showing the issue from my last visit to the restaurant on 3/31. I handed the gentlemen at the front desk my receipt and he said he needed to get with his manager. In less than a minute the manager came out (Thia or Tia) and handed the receipt back to me and told me she wasn’t going to replace my salad because she had already replaced the salad two other times. I told her I hadn’t been back to zaxbys since March 31st and she very rudely stated she wasn’t reimbursing me and turned away. At that time I told her I was going to contact corporate and she stated to go ahead! I was completely taken back from this experience and was in shock at how disrespectful and rude this lady was. I contacted Zaxbys feedback original message and I figured it had went back to the restaurant so I tried to call Zaxbys phone line to share my experience but all feedback has to be done online. I filled out another complaint regarding how I was treated at the restaurant by the manager and received an automatic feel good response and nothing further. This location has always been up and down on its service and I no longer plan to return due to horrible customer service by the general manager and zaxby feedback.
Well my daughter and I ordered through Doordash. I ordered the 5 pc chicken fingers meal for 12.00 and something and I received 5 chicken fingers that look like more little chicken fingers meant for children than for regular serving. They also looked as though they had cooked too long and were hard to eat. We don't eat from Zaxbys that often because they cost so much. I at least expected my money's worth for 12 bucks . I don't think we'll be eating from there any time soon after this.
Today I was served old cold food. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and they put none. I called to tell them and they hung up in my face and took the phone off the hook. I called over 30 times.
Rude order taker, boneless breast mostly bread. Sweet tea was delicious.

IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION……!!!!!!!So I am just now eating my salad, and half way eating through it — I caught this!!!!! LOST MY APPETITE! Total waste of my money!!! :-(
