Great food!!! Great service!!! Great taste!!! Great price(not)!!! One of the staff members...not so friendly but the cashier was very nice.
I cant believe you consider yourself the wing experts. Got 15 wings and threw out 14 and a half. Worst wings I ever had. Send your employees to Buffalo to catch a clue. That wasn't Buffalo sauce by any means. If you like eating rubber, you'll love this place.
Waited 30 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order. I’m sure the food was fine, but OOOOF the wait was rough.
Ordered pick up from here this evening,the total order was a disappointment. One of my sides were not in the bag , the thigh bites were hard and salty (I ordered garlic Parmesan). The wings only included one of the two flavors I ordered, the fries were cold just a total let down.

I came here tonight 3/23/22 right before CLOSING TIME so around 11:50/11:55 to be direct to pick up a dash order along with another dasher that showed up at the same time as me.. The staff working would not give us the orders they refused to open the door. The orders were ready and waiting sitting on the shelf but they still refused to give us our orders the guy with the dreads was very aggressive pushing the bags of food around waving his hands rolling his neck telling us they were closed even tho we got there before closing time keep in mind these orders were already paid for. I sat in the parking lot for a second to call dash support as I watched another employee come open the door for a girl in a Walmart vest (I want to say it was her girlfriend) she called and said “open the door I’m not a customer” in which by this point it was AFTER 12. You couldn’t open the door for customers before closing but could open after closing for someone that clearly just came from another job and she wasn’t coming to work if it was after closing time in a different company uniform. I will be calling corporate. What an inconvenience this is how I make my money how I put food on my table if you don’t like your job or the hours you work find a new one.
Wings could be better and a little more crisper. Wings were not coated well with Buffalo sauce. Corn was good though. Maybe I'll try another location since I've heard Gate City is not the best.
My food was cold due to it siting on a cold rack for 15 minutes while I waited patiently for my food. It was ready when I got there and no one noticed the order. The food tasted alright and I'll have to try them again.
Ambiance was nice service was good but some of the wings were much too salty I have been going to Wing Stop for a while and these were not the greatest.
There must've been a glitch in the computer because they didn't have any orders ready or on file. The manager had to write down all orders that were done on-line and begin preparing everyone's food. Kudos to the workers and the manager who had to stay longer to make those orders happen. They should get a bonus for going the extra mile. Wasn't happy about having to wait for an hr to get my food though.
It's been two hours and the food has not been delivered yet. I don't know why I keep ordering the food. They always get the order wrong. I'm not kidding...ALWAYS. We order because the food is good, but the service is horrible. I'm still waiting and I can't even call the store to ask what happened because they won't answer. Come on now.
