This was my first time at white and wood. The food was amazingly fresh and delicious and The watermelon salad was summer on a plate. The cocktails were yummy and Laura, our server was a delight. Will definitely return and recommend.

Dinned in for the first time here, ordered the lamb chops and spouse ordered the filet mignon. We got the 3 course meal option that includes a salad and dessert ?. Also tried the Spice & Nice cocktail the presentation was beautiful. Yet I should of took heed to the name as it definitely has a spicy kick. We ordered the Viva La Frisson and enjoyed them instead.Food was plated nicely, I requested my lamb chops medium well and same for the steak. Both the lamb and steak were good cuts. The steak could have been more seasoned. The lamb chops were more on the fattier side, I do enjoy lamb chops but these were more fatty than I’m use to. Overall the food was okay. There’s better French cuisines & higher end restaurants in the triad w/ higher end experience . This is more so a overpriced bar.

Best place for quality fine dining. Food is always great. Staff is great and my wife loves going here on date night. Highly recommend

we had to change our reservation 2x because of a soccer game time change...We so appreciated how accommodating W&W was...staff were friendly and professional & food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food done right. Love this place.

Had a really nice time this afternoon with the folks at White and Wood! Our server (Trevor) was awesome and attentive - he even made me a custom mocktail! Food was excellent, service was excellent, drinks were excellent...couldn't have asked for better experience! We popped in at 5 pm and it was quiet, but the place is clearly popular and was crowded by the time we left at 6:15 pm. Definitely make an early reservation!

We shared the raw oysters, sea bass, and steak and it was all phenomenal. My favorite cocktail is a paloma so that was a plus since not a lot of restaurants feature it on a menu unless you're at a Mexican restaurant I feel like. I would definitely come again!

I decided on the duck and the other pick was the filet. Both excellent. The best surprise of all was the Brussel sprout salad. I hate them usually but in this salad it made it a top salad I have ever eaten. You would never know it was Brussel sprouts. All the flavors came together and was superb! The only negative is the cocktail was a little weak on the alcohol but still tasted very good. Overall still 5 stars. The wait staff was great as well!

Constantly impressed by the experience at White and Wood. We grabbed two seats at the bar on a Friday night and had a great experience. Friendly staff, but super menu with such great innovation. The sea bass in a ramen type broth was beyond the best I’ve ever.

An appetizer cheese order consisted of a one-cubic cheese surrounded by generous cucumber slices, 5 grapes, some crackers, and 3 small containers of honey, marmelade, and mustard: the cheese was less than minimum! An entree of schrimp with a poletan cake ended up being 5 shrimps on a bed of corn and a sad looking, small polenta dish on the left-side of the dish. the burger that my husband ordered was good. How could you fail such a staple choice? My husband ordered it because the other choices, after the cheese experience, did not seem trustworthy. Dessert choices were two only: millefeuille and some home-made pudding: the millefeuille ended up having a hard crust and not at all the 1000 layers that proclimed to have (even figuratevely!). and for coffee, they did not have any! Run out of beans on a Friday evening! When the bill came, they suggested tips starting at 20% and up! A place cannot survive by serving food in minimum acceptable quantities and not cooked in any unusual, interesting way. Presentation cannot be all (which was not that outstanding, anyway) and very soon customers will feel cheated as we did!
