The only reason I'm giving it any more than one star is because when you actually get your food finally it usually is good. But I'm not sure who is in charge of training at Wendy's but it is consistent throughout the entire company that their service for a quote, fast food restaurant, is pathetic. There's never a single person in that restaurant with a sense of urgency at all. No one seems to want to be there, and can care less about people waiting. I do not care if I'm starving, I have wasted enough time waiting on food at this place, a sit-down restaurant would be faster, I will never go to a Wendy's again.
I'd like to say that my visit was excellent! Because when I have a excellent customer service experience I love to talk about it. However, I waited in the Drive-Thru for 17 minutes for an iced water and a taco salad.
They forgot my chicken nuggets so I called them and the sweet lady offered to drive them me! I was amazed! Never had a fast food restaurant offer to bring me food to my home before. Very happy.
Staff barely cordial. Food was not great. Baconater burgers bacon was so hard, that when biting into my burger I thought a piece of glass had stabbed me in roof of my mouth. Turns out it was old hard bacon, and yes I was bleeding and had to pull it out of gum.
DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IN THE DRIVE THRU! This was the last authorized payment from me on my card for $10. The workers (3) at the window (2 guys and a lady) had my card for an unusual amount of time waiting for the “payment to process” and give me a receipt. Literally 1-2 hours later $300 is missing out of my account and my card was still in my wallet from when I last used it here at this location! And furthermore all the money missing on my card was spent on men’s clothing. I will be filing a police report and disputing the transactions and never eating here again nor using my card in ANY drive through. This place is always way too slow but on top of that, fraudulent employees work here. Something needs to be done immediately! Livid is an understatement.
The folks at this Wendy's must be in league with the one in Reidsville...they both stink. Expect to be missing items from your order, and to wait forever in the drive-thru. Wendy's used to be a respectable brand among fast food outlets, but no more. Seems to coincide with their moronic decision to open for breakfast every day. Stick to what you know...burgers...and leave the breakfast to the other guys.
Ate lunch today 2/9/21 and had best customer service ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Super clean and food was great. Super nice people
Came at 8am to get some breakfast before work. They weren't open. There was like 3 people inside. You can run a fast food joint with 2 people... I know I've done it. But they just want to be lazy
Lunch was hot and fresh and the staff was polite. Great location to dine in and grab a bite to eat. Lobby needs a bit more attention during down time but food was good.
