Sign said..be nice to our staff. It would be nice if the staff would acknowledge the customer. We sat for almost 15 mins like we were invisible. The staff except the cook, were standing around laughing and talking?? If they had been busy I would not have gotten up and left. I guess they don't need our business or tips.
I really enjoyed myself at this Waffle House. The food was excellent. The employees omg the positive energy was amazing. I will be back. Employees Seven yes that is her name Jasmine the cook thank you for the delicious meal and Joyce you all Rock Queen's. Blessings.
We go at least once a week and always enjoy their food! They are normally pretty busy, but that doesn't affect the quality of their food. Their bacon egg and cheese texas melts with hashbrowns are our go-to.
Classic for late nite breakfasts. Courteous service, but FYI booths were closed on a Saturday nite by 11 pm. This maybe due to short staffing, but we still got food in the usual amount of time.
This is the second time my son and I have eaten here. The food is delicious and the staff are so nice. We've tried the waffles, bacon, hash browns, and eggs and they were cooked perfectly. Everything is so hot fresh and cooked fast. We also tried their steak, cheese, and hash brown bowl and it was fantastic. This is a great location! We will definitely be back?
I walked in at about 8:15pm. No one spoke, that's cool. But everyone spoke to the people that came in after me. Server had a nasty attitude. She made it perfectly clear she was the only server there. She even sent customers back out of the door stating she couldn't handle it by herself. Her and the cook proceeded to have an argument in front of customers. When my order was completed my food just sat there. The server had gone into the office. They proceeded to slide my food down until finally I asked for a bag to pack up my own order. It was terrible.EDIT: After speaking with a manager I really just wanted him to rectify the situation. I was going to refuse the offer to make it up to me but realized it wasnt just my food it was my mother's meal as well. He said he would send out i guess a coupon to reimburse but it been a little over a month and we've gotten nothing. I hope he at least spoke with the server and the cooks from that night.
Stopped in on a late Saturday night with a friend & was hoping to dine in but unfortunately wasn't able to due to the latest variant of COVID ordeal. Nevertheless, everything was great! The food was absolutely delicious! Better than any other Waffle House I've ever eaten at. The servers/cook were very kind & helpful...& mighty quick may I say. Overall, the whole experience & service was absolutely satisfying? I will definitely b a return customer!
Absolutely terrible. Food was burnt because the cook and the waitress were arguing. The cook complained about everything while we were there . “O I see how it is” attitude towards the waitress. This was jan 1st around 3 pm . She tryed to make it right with us but we were on a schedule and already paid . That cook needs fired . Short dirty haired white guy
Service was not the greatest. I ordered my food and said I was done then the lady walked away. Didn't even get my boyfriend's order. And when I was telling her my order she was huffing and puffing like she had a problem with it. Didn't check on us but once or so. Food wasn't the issue. Was good as usual. But did have some concerns about the people making it. The cook was on his phone and touching other things didn't change his gloves after doing it.
The shift manager and wait staff went out of their way to make me and my wife feel unwelcome. The most unprofessional manager and crew I have ever encountered. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that we are an Asian couple or the crew was unprofessional. We entered store at 1:20 in the afternoon on a weekend, the entire crew did not acknowledge us while waiting. The crew explained to a customer that walked in 10 minutes after we were waiting that the bar seating was closed and they were shutting the grill down for cleaning. After bringing this up to a shift manager, we were asked to leave, not in a respectful way, by the entire wait staff including the shift manager. On the way out the door, one of the wait staff added further insult by saying go home and cook your own eggs. Beauty of Waffle House is you can get great food, good service at any location. Not this one. This was my second visit to this location with terrible service and an extremely dirty restaurant. Avoid this one, plenty of other Waffle Houses in town.
