Good food. Good service for the most part! Light skin guy with braids needs training. Other than that the ladies were excellent!
This used to be our favorite waffle house location but not this time. Server took our order, brought part of the food. Later brought the rest and came back only as we were about to leave and that only to drop off the check. We asked other servers for what was not offered (salt, pepper ketchup...) Our server seemed to be more focused on washing dishes and talking than actually serving and perhaps it was her assignment. The food was fine...prefer to have it all at one time but it was ok. Service was awful. Perhaps server was new...not sure but probably won't be back here with other places close by to choose from.
I haven't been to Waffle house in a while, the last time it was good but this time I was not pleased. The waitress asked me and my husband if we needed a menu, I did not so she went ahead and took my order. Then my husband said he needed to see a menu. She seemed perturbed that she had to get him one. She put my order in anyway and then his later. My order was not hot and his was not either. Plus the floor was a mess all over. The whole time we were there the staff did nothing but laugh and joke and use bad language. Not a good thing when kids are there as well. One staff had to constantly pull his pants up. Don't want to visit this place again.
Great friendly staff. Love the energy the team have. Store was really clean, food was fast and wonderful.
Would of been great if the cook had gotten my order correct. Food was good jut not what I ordered. Will check my order before leaving next time.
This Waffel house service was very poor. The team members on the floor J.P Hadyk and Terrance were the only ones at work working hard and servicing the customer. The workers were in the corner eating and talking. I witnessed the team members asking theemployees to help thecustomers. There was one worker with blood short hair (I could not see her name) who was working hard as well. It doesn't help have exceptional customer service when you only have 3 employees working hard. I would encourage for this waffle house to hire better employees with a better work ethic. This does not look good for the waffle house corporation.
They need to spend more time cleaning, the front of the store was full of food all over the floor.? otherwise the food,service and the price wasn't bad .
Come in at 8 pm store empty then grill op refused to take a order due to excuse of grill needing to be cleaned before shift change. I'm sorry 2 scoops of oil, charcoal brick and a spatula is not hard work. Shift change is at 9. I used to be a grill op on 3rd. That's bad bussiness. In my time on the grill I never refused a customer. Corporate needs to come in and clean that up or close the store.*Corporate Go Check This Store Out You Will See*
I went on to the place on W. Gate City Blvd & what I wanted was sausage, egg, cheese together.They didn't know what I was talking about, but thanks to one of the cooks, Wayne he knew and fixed it perfect. Thank you so much. Yes, it was good
