I really do love this place but almost every time my bowl is made wrong and is missing many ingredients OR is the tiniest little bowl ever! For example I get to work open up my bowl and there are three things missing!! So disappointed! Now I’m going to have to check every single time to make sure they did their job correct. There is no consistency and for 14 dollars for a little bowl I except more. Do better!
I tried this place for the first time yesterday and was not impressed with the taste of the base and then there were barely any toppings on the bowl. If I am paying $16 for a bowl I feel like it should be loaded up with toppings. I usually go to Rico’s Açaí in Charlotte NC and they cost the same or less and are completely loaded with toppings and granola. This place just truly felt like a waste of money. The main reason I gave them any stars was because the people working inside were very nice!
Will be going back! Got the vitality wrap and acaì smoothie. Everything was fresh and fabulous! So excited to eat and drink, I forgot to take pictures!!
I love the STAFF! The place is Super clean and smells so fresh every time I go. I'm there so often my order is remembered? I live 25 min away and fit Vitality bowl in my schedule ATLEAST 4 times a week. Love it!
Vitality Bowls first impression was a great one. Tilly went above and beyond and provided great customer service that was complimented by one of the best Acai Bowls I've had! I got the Superfood Bowl and the Detoxifier Fresh Juice!
it was a wonderful experience from the moment I entered. Upon opening the door I was greeted with a smiling face and a hello. Staff Helped me decide what yummy Smootie and Bowl I wanted. The atmosphere was clean, fresh and very inviting. The food choices where excellent. I will be back. hopefully for my lunches 3 times a week at least. So healthy and yummy.
I had high hopes for this place. I went miles out of my way to try it. Based on the food descriptions and the photos I expected quality food. I ordered a grain bowl to go. The chicken had a lot of tough, chewy pieces. The overall taste was bland followed by bland. Everything was just like a warm mush with a little bit of salad greens. I would complain about the small portion size but I couldn’t finish what I got because it was just not good at all.
