Best pizza and Italian food! I am originally from Boston and since being down here it has been very hard to find good authentic Italian food, but this place has it! Love the pasta dishes and the pizza, good prices and huge portion sizes. This place has something great for everyone. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
After having dinner here, both my boyfriend and I are not well and I am in a lot of intestinal pain. Diner beware.
Updated: Definitely a 5 star experience now! If you order on their website, you can add sausage to the lasagna and that makes a world of difference. If doing a 3rd party delivery, add it in the notes. I just got another delivery of piping hot food and it's delicious! The cake is still yummy although it needs time to thaw (I don't have a microwave). Oh and apparently they give you the bread for free with your order since I've gotten it every time. Still don't like it but it's a nice gesture.Original review:Lasagna: Pretty good. Only thing that would make it better is if they mixed in a little Italian sausage to give it a little kick. I tend to prefer my sauces with a little spice. This sauce is more so sweet and smooth. I also wish there was more meat in the layers.Mozzarella sticks: Hard pass. 7.49 for very basic, not well seasoned, and somewhat plastic tasting mozzarella is a no go. Save your money unless you like bland. The marinara dipping sauce is good if you like a sweet marinara. I do not.Whatever the bread thing was, looked flavorful but wasn't. No garlic taste but it has a good crunch. Overall bland and I'm glad I didn't pay for it.The limoncello cake: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Worth the price! Moist and delicate with a perfectly balanced lemon flavor.I recommend trying this restaurant as I will be ordering again to try other dishes.
My family and I went here after a long day at the Science Center and it was so good!I got a spaghetti with Marinara and the rest of the family got a pepperoni ham and mushroom 14” pizza! It was all made right then and was very delicious! If you want a Mom and Pops, absolutely delicious Italian place, this is it!
Ordered two pizzas, appetizers and desserts via PostMates on Saturday evening (02/26/22) and waited over 1 1/2 hours for them to then cancel the order without explanation. Would definitely not order from them again...(Additionally, this was the second attempt trying them after a few years ago we called to place our order for pick-up and they forgot to put the ticket in until we showed up to get it. We waited over 40 minutes for our order to be ready.)
Karen had the mannacotti and I had a roast beef hogie. Mine was fresh, the banana peppers added a little kick. Karen said her's was average. $23 for both of us including 2 bottles of water.
Worst chicken parmigiana sub I’ve ever had. Chicken has no flavor and is rubbery. First and last time I’ll be visiting.
Food was fine, but they do not sell beer or wine despite both being on display and in the cooler...very misleading!
Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and I had spinach added was delicious. The bread was amazing and so was the vinaigrette dressing!!!
I love coming back to this place every time I am in Greensboro. It’s a nice cozy little spot in this town. The staff makes you feel very welcome and accommodating. They always take the time to help me out and even offer some suggestions. I love their shrimp scampi and love it when they cook it with white wine. They have a cute outdoor corridor where you can sit and eat if it’s a nice weather. It’s really quaint and cozy place hidden away in Greensboro.
