Before this place was the best! Now the pho tastes different and what up with the prices? So high, the foods quality not even the that good like it used to be. I’m sorry but please reconsider the prices and work on the customer services
I know it's good whenever I get pho (which is easily the best I've had in NC), and then feel bad for not ordering the other menu items which are just as good. A top notch Vietnamese restaurant that doesn't give a damn about the pho craze despite their's being good and offers their other foods at the same, if not better quality, than the typical fare that's expected of a Vietnamese restaurant with mass appeal.I'd say the down side is the service, which can be slow, but the servers are never rude so it doesn't bother me too bad.
The food’s good but the customer service sucks !! Took my parents to eat here before the service still so terrible and yesterday thought thing might changed a bit since we haven’t been here NOPE!!! I’ve spend almost $200 on food but you literally have to beg for drinks , napkins, spoons basically everything. The people who work there hates their job and you can see it through there face “ the owner or the manger whoever is in charge of this place to need a better people to work there .
What a darn shame that this place has gone downhill. The food prices are so high and the quality is so bad. Salty broth and little portions as well. The servers barely attend you. Been a customer here for years but they lost me after tonight. Do not come here! Save your money and go somewhere else!
A great friend introduced me to Van Loi many months ago, we live 45 minutes from the restaurant. When I first ate at Van Loi it was some of the best food I have ever eaten, and now we visit once a week. The restaurant is always full and they make every dish fresh. They are so friendly and they are very attentive to your orders and needs. I want to thank them for so many great experiences at Van Loi.
This place has absolutely amazing and authentic food. My father was introduced to it and as far as I can tell he's almost a regular. The service was good. There was a little mix up between our table and another table's order but everyone was nice and respectful. I recommend to try their bubble and tapioca teas instead of just getting water or soda, I had the Thai bubble Tea which was absolutely delectable. I had the seafood pho which was absolutely amazing. 20/10 would come here again.
Beef pho was one of the best I have had. The broth was so good. And the spring rolls were equally delicious.
Good food. I will remember this place. If in town again with time spare I will revisit.

Just ate right here. The food is good but the ladies on the front have bad customer service, the hole time I ate none came to ask if I needed something else or if I needed more drink the place is dirty and not even busy to not clean up. The whole time I was eating no one cleaned the tables around. The tables were dirty and with plates from previous customers. All they were doing was talking on the front with a friend of them or manager or who know who but jay just looking bad. When I was seated they just told me your table is ready and just left I had to figure out which one was my table!
