I know that hiring young people can be more convenient. But please, at least find some young people with good attitudes. Customer service can always be better when I come here.

This is our third and final time coming to this location because the service is always bad. I normally drive to the location in High Point even though this one is closer to my home because the service sucks. They never fill our smoothie cups up, the below pics is what I paid for with the exception of the lid not being on my daughters avocolada and spilling on the car after it popped off and the location didn’t have any napkins, wasn’t apologetic and didn’t have our sandwiches ready even with 9 and I counted an entire 9 employees behind the counter. The server was rude when I asked for a lid to replace the one that fell off and didn’t even say a word in response or have a good day. I am so disappointed.

Tried this place for the first time: we got Paradise Point and Mocha Madness smoothies. Delicious, quick, and fresh. Great service & smile from our server, Siera! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. ?

Just sunshine ☀️ in a cup. When you can get in there. ? Thanks for always making my day. But you truly need two locations on Wendover Ave. Just a thought. ??

I so love you guys! You have never let me down! Best Smoothies ever! Just Sunshine in a cup!

1st time coming here to try a smoothie and it was sooo good! I was a little disappointed in what turned into a 30 min wait for just a smoothie but I clearly came on an extremely busy day..minus the wait my smoothie was yummy!!

I ordered a plant based chicken pesto sandwich idk 3weeks ago. Before I ordered I asked if they had the plant based chicken they said yea. I go back inside after he has charged my card and he goes I’m sorry we don’t have plant based chicken do you want something else? Obviously not if I asked for plant based it was because I didn’t want meat. So the manager writes my name down and tells me I can come back up there with out a receipt on another day and get my sandwich.Fast forward, I call the store every day for a week because it was a long drive from my house and they never answered the phone. I drove there they were closed due to snow I guess. I call every day for another week and never get an answer. So yesterday I use my lunch break to drive there again and they are open but the manager who said I could get my sandwich is not in sight. Long story short the worker tried to make me repay. Then when I asked about the phone they said “it don’t work”. Finally my sandwich was good but made extremely messy. Sauce all over the bread, sauce all over the wrapper & oozing out the sandwich. Idk if that was done on purpose or what.

I've been going here for over a year getting the same smoothie but over the last 2 months my smoothie has gotten worse and worse. Today it was absolute garbage.

I have visited this location 3 times a week since relocating from Battleground to Wendover. I’m use to the higher prices, sour fruit, extreme wait times, remakes b/c high turn over and someone is always training, price increases due to COVID. However, today I draw the line “Miesha” whom I’m sure has just started decides to charge me for extra Splenda in a Detox Island Green. I clarified not turbo I just like the “Island green” with less sugar so I do the detox. Why are you charging me a dollar for sugar!!! I’d be fine with a management change and now simple additions (Splenda) cost extra. It’s a pandemic everything seems to have increased so it’s understood. It was the manner (nastiness) in how it was said to me. I’m 6 months pregnant and have had an a overload of patience with the establishment. I however, REFUSE to take unneeded attitude.Management if you are going to increase the price please ensure you have the staff equipped to express the change in a professional manner! I’m highly disappointed.

Many joints like this place refuse to try even the slightest to care about delivery orders/ drivers especially for GrubHub. I'm sure they treat their dine in customers fine (or at least I hope so ). Apparently customer service isn't a requirement for customer service anymore.
