If anyone gives them less than a 4 is crazy. I’ve just started coming here about few years now best Japanese food ever I pick them over any other restaurant. Always friendly.
If you do not like your food . call them and complain otherwise they won’t change .If you do not ask for rice , you get 1/3 of the container . Veggies are like grilled from a can. They are very soft . $6 extra charge for additional chicken. When I complained on the phone , I was told to take my business to somewhere else. I really wanted to be a customer as I work out at Strive Gym every day.
Will not go here again came in 10 mins after 8 said to the cashier I would like to dine in, she just kind of looked at me for a few seconds then says, are you going to be out at 9… im like well I have almost a hour I was by myself and had a simple order then while sitting there they cut off the drink machine and cashier that ask me would I be done by 9 left at 8:40. Never got a hey how are you what can I get for you just Disrespectful service. Food was ok
Very small portion compared to other hibachi takeout places . I had 12 pieces of chicken . Veggies is soggy . I tried this place twice. Very convenient location . I really wanted to become a loyal customer .
Food here hibachi used to be good. But now they rush to get orders done. As a result some items are undercooked rice and some meats.... The white sauce is watered down it is not like it used to be. Food is made fresh and hot upon delivery or pickup and it is amazingly good.
I was really disappointed last night when I ate there. The rice had a very unusual seasoning and just did not taste like it used to. The steak was not fresh tasting. I suppose I will give it another try to see if it was just a one-time thing.

I have been eating at this restaurant for years and loved it… today the food was HORRIBLE. It had no taste at all .. like the chicken had no seasoning.. won’t be back . It sucks because I love their sweet carrots but I will just go to kimonos in kernersville
