Love dropping in here whenever I’m looking for a healthy, satisfying and tasty lunch. The variety of shakes on the menu will keep you coming back for more. I’ve never had one I didn’t like. If you’ve never been and need help narrowing your choices, the owner or knowledgeable staff will offer great guidance based on your individual goals. Worth a visit!

Great protein shakes & energy teas! They have tons of enhancers that help contribute to your fitness goals, like fat burners and they taste good. Protein shakes taste just like the flavor and the protein taste isn’t excessive. The environment & staff are all great, friendly, and welcoming. Love it here!
