Great prices and great staff. Kareoke is a must, some of my best times.

bar staff is poorly trained in drink execution, the bartenders also seem somewhat unenthusiastic and lack intelligence. their decision making seems to suggest that they are drinking excessively behind the bar. its a shame, this place could be cool. I was treated with complete disrespect from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out.
Wouldn't let my friend in because of his sweatpants, but let another girl in wearing the same outfit lmaoooo what a joke.We'll never be back
CORNER BAR on Spring Garden Street, Greensboro NC. My BLACK friend was denied entry all because he was wearing a very presentable sweat jumpsuit while there was a WHITE woman sitting at the bar wearing the exact same thing. I asked the security upfront (heavy set long brown hair and beard) why he was denied entry but she can wear the exact thing, and all he could say was "because she gains attention and will order drinks, plus he could be part of a gang". Mind you, what he was wearing was just a regular sweat jumpsuit with nothing profane on it or anything that remotely resembled gang activity. Why would you think he's part of a gang wearing that?? I have been inside that bar wearing my three piece biker vest numerous times and for some reason you accept my service but denied his service cause he's wearing a sweat jumpsuit?? After my wife argued with the security, he laughed in her face calling her a WHORE and embarrassed my friend in front of the ENTIRE bar. And it dawned on me, I looked around that entire bar and realized that it is a very white bar on a street that is filled with minorities from all over. Apparently this is not the first time The Corner Bar has pulled this stunt on people of color and women.
Love this place. Food is very delicious and staff is very friendly.
Great atmosphere. Friendly Staff. They have two sides to the place. I went on Karaoke Night, the host was engaging and kept the party going!

Had a blast, karaoke was tons of fun, service was fast and friendly. Had a cool and chill environment.
First time going Saturday night and I had a great time. Met some great people and sang karaoke. I’ll definitely be back!!
