Good food, great service.
Awesome food, great staff
very nice atmosphere., friendly service and a fantastic menu. The food is great.
I love the menu and usually the food is really good. I ordered the Tuscan chicken and it was so overcooked it was hard to chew. It tasted good, but would have been so much better if it hadn't been overcooked. The service was lacking. I know places are short-staffed, but when you see your server talking to other tables for 10 minutes at a time while your drinks have been sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes it gets to a point that is unacceptable. When we finally got our drinks they were really good. Dessert is always delicious. I've been here before and will consider this a one-off so I will still be back.
My family and I ate here on a Sunday about 11a. We made reservations for 4. I can't say enough about this restaurant. The hostess was quick to greet us and very friendly. Our server was funny, smart and very quick. We ordered alcholic cocktails, hot beverages, a variety of meals, and dessert. She kept up with my drink, and that never happens. We took home leftovers. She checked us out efficiently. The restaurant was very busy. It was clean everywhere.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! We had reservations and still had to wait. They sat us at a dirty table and nobody ever came to pick up the mess. They didn’t even offer us a high chair for our 7month old baby. We had to ask the waiter once he decided to come around. We ordered an appetizer and never received it. The food took over an hour to come out cold and nasty. I am so disgusted. Even the bread was cold and hard. No silverware when we sat down. This had to be the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in my whole life. Even when the waiter asked if everything was okay and I told him I didn’t like the meal all he did was say sorry and walk away. We ended up still having to pay over 80 dollars just to leave more hungry than we were when we came. Will not be returning and will be advising everyone I know never to eat at this location.
First let me say this is one of the worst experiences that not only I myself had but that my family had. We went there for a birthday party for a 14 year old and we were all excited about coming to the restaurant. We had made reservations and we actually were early so that they could have time to seat everyone. There were 20-25 of us and we had 1 waitress. The manager had no one trying to help at all! She definitely could not handle the pressure of a party that big alone. We had a toddler and had to ask 4 times for a booster chair. Once we all ordered our food it took around 1-1/2 hours or longer to get the food. Part of us that ordered burgers received them practically raw! They took them back and 30 minutes later we still didn't have the food so they left to go elsewhere! One thing is the waitress told us before any of us had our food was they were waiting on 3 more things to be completed. You should have brought the hot food to the table so the others could eat especially the children. The last thing brought to the table was a salad. Come on people, A SALAD??? Most everyone's food was cold. The chicken had no taste to it and only 2 of us got cheesecake so we could have something good to eat! Let me say the manager was incompetent and the waitress was very disrespectful. She actually yelled in one of my family members face! Good thing it was him and not me!!!!! NEVER EVER will we waist our money there. It is way to expensive to deal with all of that mess! On that they put 18% gratuity on all our checks and honestly it should have been a $1 tip just for bringing straws without us asking. Very Disappointed!!!
The menu is too large but the food is ok. Cheesecake is the best thing about the place. Very much a chain.
Service was excellent for Valentines Day. We were seated well ahead of our stated wait time.My 1st 2 sets of utensils came with food stuck to them. While waiting for our food the cleaner came to clean off the table next to ours. She placed the bread plates onto the chair at the table and proceeded to spray cleaner on the table and then wipe towards and away from the chair where she placed the plates, so anything on the table would now be on top of the 1st bread plate. DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!The Pasta Primavera came out with undercooked pasta ( could still taste the dough ) very little bacon and the sauce was very bland. And had bowtie pasta from my wife dish mixed in. What else was Cross contaminated???My wife ordered Farfalla with Chicken and Roasted Farlic, and asked if it was peppery and the waitress said no. When her order came out there was very little sauce on her meal so she asked for a little more on the side. There were 3 normal size cubed chicken and 4 or 5 diced pieces of chicken and absolutely no roasted garlic. The extra sauce came out and there was a trail of black pepper on the bottom of the bowl the sauce was brought in.Ice tea was very watered down before the ice melted. My wife asked for half and half tea.The Manager took our meals from the check, and charged us for the salad and drinks and the small pieces if cheesecake we took to go. But after driving 50 minutes to the restaurant then waiting 40 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for the meal only to have this was horrible.Needless to say we were very disappointed to say the least.Apparently the table next to us didn't like their meals and another man was giving the Manager an earful outside the restaurant. After arriving home from a disappointing meal we were once again disappointed with the cheesecake which had the taste and texture of no bake cheesecake, won't waste our money again at this location.
Nice place. Large restaurant room, chic and neat decoration. Menu with a lot of choice sweet/savory. About the cheesecake, my opinion, I found them expensive. $9 per slice of cheesecake to go :-(
