5 yrs ago I gave this place a 3. It hasn't improved. My little kid wanted to try it because someone at school said they went. Ok, it's been awhile, let's see how things have gone.Noone to greet at door, almost 5 min wait to be seated.Server was nice it seemed.Had the "pleasure" of hearing 2 servers talk loud enough 1 table row away, over the music and my earpiece playing a movie to hear ongoing profanity from a frustrated server with brownish hair upset about something said to her by someone on the staff.We asked for no pickles on some burgers....... had to wait for a remake.Sizzling chicken and shrimp. Small shrimp engulfed in cheese WITH TAILS STILL ON!! Most restaurants, if it is being eaten in a sauce, pasta or cheesy sauce usually take it off so it's not a choking hazard. So much for that.........Spoke to a manager (said she was a bar manager) and she looked about as concerned as an unimpressed judge on The voice......Waited so long to pay I got up and the front desk person (missing earlier) took it. Same manager passes me but doesn't ask if anything was wrong or was there something else..... she was more worried about the staff member being gone.On my way out, the same manager is talking up front with the greeter and I hear a half hearted "bye come again".This location USED TO BE the place to go for great food and great service ......... at this rate, it will pass away like so many others in the area.And based on the responses to recent reviews, this will serve as a warning versus a reason for management to improve anything.Eat at your own risk.We won't be returning to this location.

Raven, the bar manager, was working the bar and was great! We just stopped in for a drink and an app while waiting for family to meet up. Our sampler app was surprisingly very good and my craft beer was on point. I can only imagine how fun it would be a night with a good crowd. My first visit to a TGI Fridays was a success!
The food was really good, my company was even better, and everything looked clean. The only reason u won't give 5 stars is because they didn't have a few things we wanted from the bar so we had to change up which wasn't a huge deal but still not what we wanted. Our waitress was a doll. She kept us informed and was very nice.
There were only 5 customers total in restaurant. Server looked like she was going to go to sleep on us! Had to ask us twice what drinks we wanted - took forever to get our food. Never came back to the table - another lady came finally to ask us if we wanted drink refills - by that time we had already finished our food. This is NOT the TGIF standard I am used to - never been to this location, doubt I will call back here! For those reasons that is why I did not tip - horrible service. I would understand if there was a large crowd but there was hardly no one, server could have been a bit more engaging. Thank goodness the food was good
Had a good lunch with my daughter everything was on point!Especially the "Fridays Appetizer" which included chicken wings my choice of flavor, potato skins with bacon, mozzarella sticks, & celery sticks, Our waitress Michelle was very friendly and courteous, she just showed excellent customer service all around. I give her a 5 star rating as well (Michelle keep up the good work; this is your season).
Absolutely unsatisfied!!!!! Best part of the dinner was the waitress who was very helpful and the mashed potatoes. That’s it!!!!! The steak was tough cold and undone. The chicken in the Cajun Chicken and shrimp pasta was undone. The sautéed shrimp was cold and had to be recooked waited forever and the replacements weren’t even good. Bad night after deciding for 4 hours what to eat. Wouldn’t recommend eating here no time soon. If I could give it no stars I would’ve .

Placed an order for pick up, when it said completed my boyfriend went in to grab it. He forgot to grab a mask and when asked for the order she responded with I'll get it once you go get a mask. When he came back in he was told it wasn't ready, waiting on the fries. In the 10 minutes he was waiting for fries she sat a couple that was not wearing a mask without saying anything to them about it. Once we got the food home the fries were awful and didn't taste fresh at all. I ordered whiskey glazed ribs and they are so dry and awful I couldn't even eat them. The shrimp was also very cold. The Mac and cheese was not good. They only thing that was good were the bread sticks.
I am a delivery driver. I do pick ups at the majority of restaurants in this area. TGIF is by far one of the best restaurants as far as quick, accurate and efficient service. The majority of the staff are polite and cheerful and seem to care about consistently doing their best. I would like to mention one young man named Terick (not sure of the spelling.) I'm always glad when I know he's working because it's always smooth sailing with the orders.
