My friends and I love coming to Texas Roadhouse. We always have a good time. The staff is always friendly. I love the options on the menu. One of my favorite dishes is the herb crusted chicken. I can't wait to go back
We have gone there for many years. The food is great and service usually very good. However, this evening we dined there and they have found a way to make the line dance unbearably loud with the whole line loudly pounding the wall that separated our booth from the line dance. My wife and I both left with major headaches. I love the food but it is definitely not worth enduring the unnecessary loud pounding noise.
The food was great and the service was even better. Even though they were very busy our waiter always made sure to come back and check on us. I do recommend you call ahead and get on the waiting list because There were alot of people outside waiting but we only had to wait about 5 minutes after arriving which was great!
I met my daughter at Texas Roadhouse for dinner on this rainy, windy evening. Per usual, Texas Roadhouse was busy & there was a 30 minute wait. The hostess instructs us to wait in our car & the Yelp app would let us know when to come in…it worked, however the hostess was rude & disrespectful when we entered based on the app. It always pays to be kind! We were seated and greeted by our waitress Josie, who was awesome. She was very informative of the specials & suggested drinks & entrées. The rolls were dry & she said it before we even said anything to her about. She took dry & brought fresh, hot rolls to our table. I can’t express how awesome she was throughout dinner. Jarrett, the manager came over to our table as well; he was pleasant & kind also. Thanks Josie & Jarrett for making my Texas Roadhouse better than the check in experience.
Awful service and food not cooked well . Manger is not bright at all asked waitresses to talk to him. He came to table and took the steaks to cook them some more and brought them back burnt. He didn’t say anything. Waitress came back to table and asked was everything ok we showed her the steaks and she said they have been burning and messing food up all night. I asked to see him again and he came back I told him steak are burnt. He picked plates up. And asked what kind of steaks we had and went back to kitchen. Waitress came back again and she had the check. I told her we was leaving. I told her to tell manger to keep his steaks we want be back. She said don’t leave I will have to pay for them out of my pocket. I told her to tell him to take them off of bill. He came back removed one plate off the bill. But we still had to pay for 2 burnt steaks and 2 uncooked baked potatoes. We will not be back. Listen learn 48.00 dollars later. We will go to Logan’s steak house from here on out. Better service and great food there never any problem.
We went in right after they open at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Our server Karina was super nice. Loved her. However. Quality of the food was not as good as we expected. This was our first time there.
After a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse in Athens last week, the Greensboro franchise redeemed the name. Yall were awesome! From the fast, friendly, personal service with a smile to the perfectly prepared food it was amazing. We enjoyed the line dancing too! Thanks for a great experience!
