Pulled up for breakfast. Menu hadn't been flipped so I asked if they were doing breakfast. I was answered with a "uh, yea" I mentioned the menu and ordered 2 potato breakfast burritos. The lady seemed upset and asked "which one? the gande?" I said tge cheaper smaller one. Then a second lady popped on and told her what I was asking for. The 1str ady was not professional at all. Needs an attitude check
Great experience. Walked in and was greeted, got my food quickly and correctly. Very clean bathrooms and lobby. Glad we stopped here
Currently sitting in the drive-thru and it looks like they are closed but it's 8:07 am and they are supposed to be open. No one is saying can I take your order or anything but two cars are in the parking lot???? Taco Bell you can do a little better. The breakfast menu isn't even up yet???
Just left the drive-thru. I guess they aren't organized today. I did not receive a receipt and my food wasn't sealed or put in a bag. Normally a bag is given when I order my cravings box. Very disappointed with my visit today.
Food is fine but I never get any sauce even if I ask for it when ordering. Always a disappointment getting home without my sauce yet again.

Visit was very nice, order was correct and food came out hot! When I was tested and asked show I was I said I was doing good, but then when I asked how he was he neglected to respond!
Update - After I had written this review, I had returned as I often do. The last few times I've been in there, have been really bad. When there is an open kitchen full of employees and no one inside and a minimal line outside I would expect someone would alert a cashier that there is a customer at the front. But no, they're too busy experimenting with the food, laughing and having a good time. I took pictures so that I could have a timestamp each 5 minutes that there was no one at the register and the drive through girl standing back there ignoring anyone at the front. 20 minutes... just to ORDER 2 soft tacos and a couple of drinks. I had made a complaint to a young lady in there about the time and my last order being incorrect, she was amused. Laughed in my face really. So I cancelled my 30 dollar order for my family and left. She thought that was funny too. The manager was in there and close, was aware of what was going on and ignored it. I'll give them another opportunity to get it right, but if they continue in this vane I will definitely take my business elsewhere, it's only convenience and I can travel the distance to a full service place, sit down and relax and enjoy a nice ethnic meal for literally the same price. I don't know what's happening these days but these people had better get some decent people in there, the holidays are coming and you're going to have to answer to your corporate people as to why you went from being voted one of the best stores, to treating customers negatively and losing an awful lot of money in the process.

We waited over 25 minutes for a dollar value menus item and a combo meal with no special requests. When we questioned where our food was, the counter staff told us the kitchen staff had lost it. Took another 7 minutes to put our order together. Nobody seemed concerned that we were dissatisfied, just got a cheery, "sorry for the wait!" It was surreal. The food was okay once we got it, but it is definitely not worth a 25 minute wait.
