Great food and a reasonable price

While shopping in the area. we decided to stop in for dinner. Inside is very dark and not like an inviting place to eat. There were a lot of boxes of paper menus and other items just sitting on the floor. Menu's brought to us were very small paper menu's with the print being almost too small to read. Most of the business seemed to be take out orders, probably due to lack of atmosphere inside of restaurant. On a positive note. the food that we ordered was actually very good.

We went there on Sunday, June 5 to celebrate my partner's birthday. Extremely disappointed in food and service. My chicken tikka masala was very bland and I requested medium spicy. My partner's sambar was watery and bland, lakong the normal sambar spice flavors. Vegetables appeared to have been frozen because not prepared Indian style. Service was very slack, no one came back after we got our food. The worst offense to my partner who is Indian, was our waiter was lacking in personal hygiene. He had bad body odor, unacceptable in a restaurant. Needless to say, will never return there and had been going there over two years. Think they are a victim of COVID, lost their cook and good employees.

We tried Taaza last night for my son’s birthday. The service was really great and the food was wonderful. We started with Vegetable Samosa, which was very good. I had Chicken Vindaloo, my wife had Lamb Tikka Masala, my son and his gf both had Madras Chicken Curry and we had plain and garlic Naan. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be going back. This was a great discovery since many Indian places here have closed for good around here now.

This place was absolutely amazing! The food was amazing, hot, and sooooo flavorful! You have to try the sweet coconut naan bread omg! The chicken curry was delicious! My only slight disappointment was the service. We didn’t get any plates taken from our table until we were leaving so there was little room left even after stacking unused plates. We were told to seat ourselves and waited about 10 minutes before we realized we had to get up and get a menu. Glasses of water were given shortly after that. Other than that, the food was delicious and they are courteous enough to have wipes and sanitizer at every single table. Love it!

Food was absolutely scrumptious. I mean I would have never thought Indian food could taste sooo good! I definitely would recommend. Next time your in Greensboro stop by for sure!

my husband & i used to be regulars here, eating maybe once a week or twice a month. we moved to Texas late February, and i have to tell you, i miss this restaurant & its kind, hard-working staff more than i ever expected. the food is delicious, the staff are all sweet and honest, and i really miss being able to have dinner dates here. wishing them all the best success.

Great food as always. The lamb was so tender in the Kahdai that I had.

Want to eat store bought frozen Porota in a restaurant? Visit Taaza!!!Want to eat uncooked saag with barely boiled bite sized pieces of an excuse for chicken??Visit Taaza!!!!

I’ve placed take out order, chicken noodles& chicken lollipops. Noodles has excess of salt and paper can’t even eat it. Worst noodles I’ver tasted in my life!!!! Never order from this place
