This was my first time dining in at this place but I'm familiar with the take out. Food is excellent, tasted fresh and delicious ?, loved the hot tea and the white peach sake, plus the menu is well put together for a variety of items to choose from without complications. My server was really nice and knowledgeable....I went around 9 pm and they close at 10...sooo , we felt a bit rushed throughout our delicious meal... we couldn't enjoy it as planned because of the rushed atmosphere at that particular time , we were a group of 4 people dining and going from appetizers, drinks and entrees in 45 minutes...couldn't ask for dessert because there was no time for that and I do honestly understand ( Ive worked in the food industry before)so next time I'll take in consideration to visit the restaurant earlier so we can fully enjoy the whole experience in a more relaxed way.
Fewer varieties of fish than average sushi place, but all was of medium to high quality. Portion size of fish varied,for example you'll get lots of tuna and salmon but sparing amounts of more niche fish. Likely how they retain quality and variety. Staff acknowledgement of struggles with supply chain. Ask what sake they have before you get your mouth set on one.
Really enjoyed my experience. I arrived with a few friends shortly after they opened and by the time we ordered the place was nearly full. They must have separate menus for lunch and dinner, because we got lunch menus which consisted of several different options for meals with lots of choices. The sushi rolls were very good, the specialty rolls were very unique some even using fruit. The servers were very friendly and the restaurant had inside and outside seating. The fool was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Plenty of chefs ensure speedy service. A wide list of drinks and cocktails ensure a fun bar experience. But with the server i had i will not rate this place higher. Saw me once to take drinks then disappeared until my sushi came not allowing me any apps. Not to mention he ended my night tryin running my card for a different more expensive check then my own when my bill was right infront of him. Honestly between parking pricing and personal this is a at best run of the mill sushi bar
The atmosphere was good and the food was good too. First time at this restaurant. We wanted to eat sushi before heading to Greensboro Coliseum to see and hear my favorite singer Ricardo Montaner serenading us. The drinks and food were brought out promptly. We asked for a few things on the side instead of on our sushi, my husband is picky, but it seemed like the waiter was not as focused and maybe forgot..... We did like the food and drinks. We like to order different sushi with different seafood in them and we noticed that most sushi has tuna... it was not bad, but I guess limited if you are not into tuna on all your sushi? Overall, place was good and could return in the future.
Great service, quick for lunch, overall some of the best sushi I've had in the Greensboro area. Affordable pricing as well! Would definitely go again.
Almost passed this place over, just because the name screams "chain restaurant." But, it's the furthest thing from one! Easily one of the best spots in Greensboro to enjoy delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine. There is a full menu of appetizers, entrees, and soups to choose from, there are a number of vegetarian options available, and their sushi is amazingly tasty and very fresh! There is a parking lot, in the back, though it is often very crowded, in the evening.
Top quality food and service. Great options and all prepared perfectly. Highly recommend.
