Did a 6pm online order on 6/3/22. Arrived around 6:15, and could see immediately the single employee was overwhelmed. Fortunately there was only one customer ahead of me, with what appeared to be an order of four sandwiches. When I was eventually waited on, there was a problem with the toaster, which wasn’t a big deal to me. The employee got the order correct and was very nice and apologetic for the wait, advising that scheduled employees had not shown up and had called out. Not sure who the manager of this location is, but the manager should have been there. This is certainly indicative of poor management. I doubt I will return to this location again.
Staff was very rude and unprofessional and food containers looked dirty. Toasted sandwiches were burnt.I will never return to this subway again!!!
When I first moved to Greensboro last year, I use to like going to this subway but now I don't. This has to be one of the dirtiest subways I've ever been too. The ingredients are mixed in the wrong spots. Its just nasty. The workers are rude and unprofessional. The guy making my sandwich looked annoyed the whole time and rolled his eyes when I asked for a second sub. The other worker was rude too. I asked for teriyaki sauce and the girl said they weren't allowed to give me any which made no sense. Definitely wont be going back.
This use to be one of the better subways in town for years. It has turned into the nastiest i ever been too. The people working there now is rude and never wash their hands. I will be driving across town from now on.
If I could put 0 I would do not eat here!!! Had a baby roach in my sub.
They’re front door says they close at 9:00. The open sign was on, when I went there around 8:35 and the door was locked. Then as soon as I got in my car. they unplugged the sign???? You updated your hours one time already. If you wanted to close sooner than 9 on a Monday night then that should have been part of the changes made to the hours.
Sandwich was sloppily put together, definitely get the sense of indifference towards customers
The worst subway ever. I have experienced multiple bad experiences at this subway. But today was the worst. There was no employee to be found and I sat inside waiting for 15 minutes to take my order. So I decided to walk back and the employer was in the back sitting down "I said mam I been waiting for 15 minutes. This subway has gone down hill you have the employers outside smoking weed and all. It's just time to switch Management or close the hell down
The employees cussed at me when I pointed out my sub was made incorrectly. They deserve my money and there are better subways in Greensboro. Gate City is way better. If I lived closer and could make it there on my 30 min break and home in time I would eat there every time I wanted subway.
