It’s been a long time since I’ve been to subway & I’m so happy I decided to make that trip to try them again, the new staff is immaculate let’s just start there. I was assisted by a short African American young lady I was greeted in an amazing way & the food was extremely fresh. It’s not many places to choose from in this area so I was very happy to see some new faces & attitudes. I will definitely be retuning & returning as a HAPPY CUSTOMER.
This has to be one of THE worst run Subways I have ever been to. The dining hall was closed, but no sign that says so. Then when you go through the drive thru, with no other people in front of me or behind, I waited for 10 minutes and no one still came to take the order. I honked the horn to get their attention and still nothing. I finally parked and knocked on the door before a young girl came and said sorry and for me to come throuh the drive thru again. When I got my food, it was tasted just old as though stuff had been sitting out for days. Ugh. I will never go hear again. I would rather eat gas station sushi!
Worst Subway I've ever been to. I only go there because it's close. Slow service. They never have enough people working and when they do half of them aren't actually doing anything. This was also going on pre COVID. They are always out of a major ingredient. One night only had grain bread. Next visit no bacon. Went to get lunch one day and was told at the drive thru they could not serve me because they had alot of orders already. Maybe one day I'll learn not to go there. It's just so close to home.
Employees never in front or either outside playing games in the field. Waited in drived thru employee never came to take my order. Come on this used to be a nice establishement.
Over 30 minute wait in drive through with only 2 vehicles ahead and 1 person inside. This was with 3 employees on duty. I would go to the Pleasant Garden store next time, they are much faster.
It was very good. The lady knew how to make a good sandwich, as they should.
Just got a veggie sub... the bread was stale and hard. I asked for extra tomatoes and differtent toppings. This was the grossest sandwich Ive gotten from any Subway. I ordwred on line so MY MISTAKE .. Plus your veggies are NOT rip especially the tomatoes, I asked for half jalapinoes... my mouth is still on fire.. But all the mayo and mustard and vinager could NOT help that stale bread. This sandwich was BÀD..You need to stop on line orders if your people dont follow the selection I choose.
Probably one of the worst subways I've been too and it's sad because there's not many fast food options around so they really could thrive.
This is the Forest Oaks location. Not real thrilled about this location.
The people in this subway are very good and very nice and helpful
