Worst collective team of employees I've seen. It was busy and it was as if they were moving extra slow to spite us all. Ask for 2 subs, they would take 2 trips to bread storage....this happened repeatedly like carrying 2 rolls was against policy. The veg guy would just stare at people to mutely get their next atep. (No, he wasn't actually mute). It was obvious none of them wanted to there.
Best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! Smiling faces and a clean atmosphere makes this my favorite place for lunch.
Waited 15 or more mins AFTER someone said they would be right with me. Left and went in the store..5 employees were in the store. Only takes two maybe three to run a line. All 5 people were working the front. No one on the drive thru. Will not be back. This was the third or so time this has happened. Not again.
Unsanitary. I come here often and have to remind employees every time they go to the back to get something or they open a cooler to grab something, I have to remind them to change their gloves. Gross.
Everytime i go to the drive thru i have to wait for more than 10 minutes just to plebe my order. When you are on lunch break you don’t want to spend your entire break in drive thru. Worst subway ever
Horrible drive thru experience was waiting in line for 20 minutes before anyone took the person in front of me order; he even went out of his car and inside to tell them and they still made us all wait another 10 min or more. They had staff so idk why no one was taking orders drive thru, they should of just said no service at drive thru.
During the hours of 11-2 you can only order 2 subs in drive thru, it makes no sense whatsoever.
I really got a sandwich with burnt bread and no meat on it. Unbelievable
The Steak and Cheese sub is great
Nice Staff, easy location. Was a bit busy at time of visit but staff were swamped xause of the drive thru. Manager was very professional and i totally understood.
