I used their drive thru and ordered a steak and cheese with fries, large chili, cookie and a fruit punch. While I did wait in line longer than expected I noticed one team member going above and beyond to take care of the customers. This young man took my order then through the drive thru window I saw him take orders from customers at the inside counter then bring out orders to people parked in spaces waiting on food. I parked my car and decided to go inside to rave to the manager about how this young man was a great asset. When I got inside I saw they were short staffed and the 4 others were working just as hard cooking the food, answering phones, filling to go orders and keeping the dining area clean. Not one complaint, everyone still found time to be polite and they had their system down as they worked as a team. And the food was good!

Just stopped by on a drive up from Charlotte like I always do and the food is still fire! I'm from the South Side and been eating here since they were in the spot where Reed's Tires is. Still the best subs in Greensboro hands down! As for the "customer service"; this is not a major corporate franchise. They are small time and hire locals with real lives and situations who give great customer service to the guests who come in and treat them with the respect that all humans deserve regardless of whether they work in fast food or not. If you come in with an attitude or acting superior, you will receive the service that you deserve and I support it.
Food was good. Had a salad and a rueban. Small place and 4 or 5 members of staff on hand. Not one of them looked happy. I mean work is not the happiest of places to be but even in the work place people smile and cut up just to make the time pass. The lady that took my order was cordial but her mood sucked and she was like I was an inconvenience to her. I think she may have been the one in charge. That would explain the rest of the staffs demeanor. Again though food was really tasty
Was one of my favorite places until I found a bug (a fly) in my cheese steak. I am disgusted. I did go to get a refund, which Is was granted. No apology from the manager or girl at the window. They acted as if I was inconvenience them. Would NOT recommend
I walked in and ordered two footlongs. The person that started them had to do something else and asked another employee to finish the order. I took my eyes off the sandwiches and sure enough she skipped a couple of steps. Apparently she was new and didn't bother to double check what was added. I will make sure myself next time I see untrained help.
The food and the service was great. The taste and the portion size per sub makes you a repeat customer!!
February 26, 2022. Went there to get lunch and they were closed during their business hours. No sign on the door explaining, no one inside to answer a phone, nothing. I'd say we'll be back, but what's the point of driving there for it to be closed? We saw at least five others pull into the restaurant while we were parked there.
OMGOODNESS!!! THIS FOOD WAS SO GOOD I WILL BE DRIVING FROM Durham TO GET A CHEESE STEAK Hoagie, best I've had ever you gotta go there today!!
Don't know about the rest of the food I just go there for the salads because they have variety of salads and they really nice and really good and they're fresh you can almost feed two people off of one but I'm greedy I eat the whole thing but they're really good good place to try I heard the subs are good but I just haven't had one and I've been going to this place for years never let me down
