I've always been curious about Banh Mi sandwiches and let me tell you it didn't disappoint!! Food is fresh & Steven is a cool guy!!!
We came across this food truck at Paddling South Brewery in High Point. We ordered the Sriracha Chicken sandwich and some dumplings. The food and owner/staff were awesome. The sandwich had some heat and best paired with the Tangerine Heat beer from the brewery. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. I hope we can find them again in our travels. YUM!
Looking for a Banh mi spot to fill the void, I found this gem. I called and made sure he was there as he's a good truck in the Citgo parking lot. Sure enough, he was there cranking out banh mi's and I couldn't resist but to try two I got the cold cut and the sautéed pork. About 10min later I was handed the two beautiful delicious sandwiches with a big smile and a minute after that I was into the first juicy yummy sautéed pork.PACKED with flavor is an understatement, seriously fresh veggies, incredible flavor. The cold cut just as killer. I can't waiiiit to be back to try the sriracha chicken and sautéed chicken and appetizers like the wings and dumplings.Amazing food man, I can't believe he doesn't have a restaurant yet. I got a sub from Stevens Banh Mi it was amazing after eating the sandwich I went back and order a rice bowl also delicious. The only problem is I can’t catch him in High Point area please come back to paddle south brewery.
We stumbled across Steve’s the other day and absolutely love it! He is such a wonderful person and the food is amazing! My husband loved it so much he went back the next day!
The Pho place near us was closed for the day so I looked around google maps and happened across Steven's bahn mi for the first time and I'm SO glad i did!The pricing is super affordable and everything we got was absolutely delicious. (We got 2 sauteed pork bahn mi, the pork egg rolls, shrimp tempura rice bowl and dumplings ??)He was super quick with the order and really nice, he is just out here killin it~Honestly one of the BEST bahn mi I've had, make sure you try the white sauce and sriracha mayo.This place is about to be a problem for me cause I work from home and it's on doordash, lmao.

Steven's Banh Mi food truck is a must go stop for some of the best Vietnamese food this city has to offer. Simple, fresh and oh, so delicious, you'll want to try everything on the very affordable menu. Personally, I am one of the biggest meat eaters you will ever come across. I am practically a T Rex but Steven's tofu rice bowl? I could eat that every day. Even if you have been soured by tofu before, even if you have never had tofu before because you are still on the fence, you have got to try it. And try it with white sauce. It will become your go to dish for when you want to prove to your friends that, "Yeah, I can go meatless for one day." It's all of the wonderful taste and none of the suffering. But if you want to try something meaty, you have to try Steven's pork Banh Mi with sauce. The freshness of the bread. The crispness of the vegetables. THAT SAUCE! THAT PORK! Oh, and the vegetable egg rolls! That alone is worth a trip. Seriously, you need to get yourself to Steven's today and try it for yourself. Be part of in the know.
