The staff here are very rude! To start upon arriving a young lady was yelling for people to sit in their cars with A/C on because we were crowding the door. After leaving the restaurant we called at 7:55p to ask about keys that may have been left at the table. The lady who answered the phone yelled “we are no longer taking orders” and would hang up. We called three more times and she continued to hang up. She wouldn’t even try to hear what we were saying. Upon returning to the restaurant we attempted to complain and the girl who was answering the phone tried to lie and justify it. Please handle your staff. The food isn’t bad here at all but your staff have poor customer service. We heard great things about this restaurant and coming from Ohio this was disappointing.
I Went to Fayetteville to get me a car and my daughter suggested we stop by Stephanie's on the way back home and when I tell you I am glad we did. Everything was good this is true soul food cooking. I have been talking about this place since I've been back , I live in Lynchburg but guess what I will be traveling just to eat at Stephanie's. Thank you for your customer service thanks for all the hard work that the people put in. The saying is true "You get what you pay for" I don't mind driving and I don't mind paying and for good food. Keep up the good work THIS IS HEARTFILLED FOOD❤️
Yes l ordered a croaker fish platter from the drive thru location l asked for my fish to be cooked crispy it wasn't cooked.like l asked.the fish tasted terrible.irs like they didn't clean the scales off the fish.all l could taste is a mouthful of scales.l couldn't eat .the macaroni and cheese.noodles was way overcooked.and it taste old the hush puppies tasted Dry and old.so June 17th my Friday fish platter .my dinner omg never again.used to have good Food .who cooks fish to customer don't clean scales off the fish It's like the food .was old no seasoning on food.never again.
Empathy and customer service should improve.Workers at this strictly drive thru are unapologetic about leaving 10 cars in the line for 40+ minutes! During business hours...We can see people inside without them acknowledging customers along with managers leaving without any explanation or apologies. After trying visiting a few times, this is definitely a bad pattern. So disappointing.
There was a man at order window with his whole upper body inside of the window talking. No mask on, that can't be sanitary! I didn't even place an order.
Met a group of coworkers for dinner (SOULFOOD) ?? The staff was friendly and attentive. Waitress was helpful with the menu. Appetizers (wings) were big and very nicely seasoned. I had baked turkey wings -smothered, pinto beans and greens. Note -thanks for not adding sugar to the sides ?? Overall, our group was pleased. Good job! Thanks!

I ordered a thing of yams & paid $4, the container it was in was a container used for sauces. I am definitely not satisfied with my experience here. The cup of yams was literally the size of my palm.
The food is great but the wait on line is terrible if you are real hungry except to be on line waiting to order for at least 20 minutes or longer just to place your order that's why I gave 3 stars.
