Terrible customer service! I walked in recently and the two young ladies were so busy talking together and making themselves food to eat in the oven and did not even acknowledge me. This location is always out of products as well!
I usually don’t do reviews much but I just neededTo hype these two young ladies up! They gave me the best service I have ever experienced at Starbucks. I didn’t catch their names but I remember one worked in behavioral health and the other young lady short hair (dirty blondish). I didn’t know what I wanted and they were able to guide me towards a drink that Now is my new coffee addiction. They had amazing customer service and worked so well together during a rush. Will absolutely be coming back
I used to go to this Starbucks at least 3-4 times a week. Recently I haven’t gone much because of the lack of staff and poor quality service from the new workers. This morning I walked in and the barista was in there talking to her coworker and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. After about a minute-2 minutes later she came over and didn’t speak a word to me. i started ordering and I always try to be polite and then when she made my drinks, she still proceeded to not speak. she put them down and i loudly said thank you, yet still no response. I have been very dissatisfied with the service here recently and I really hope this is fixed soon.
I am very unhappy with the recent service provided by this starbucks. i walked in this morning shortly after 6:40 and walked up to the register and the lady told me she was closed “that’s why her lights are off”. the hours of this starbucks are 6am-7pm. there was a sign with the hours right in front of me as she told me this. I asked her when she thought it would be open and she said probably another 45 minutes. I haven’t been to this starbucks in a couple months due to the poor quality of the drinks (i’ve had to ask them to remake it a couple times) and the way they have treated their customers. i used to come to this starbucks quite literally everyday, i knew what i liked and what i didn’t. once these new workers came along i have not enjoyed a single drink nor my experience. this was a very poor one as i came back to give them another try. this has made me very upset.
I am not a coffee drinker but love the Chai at Starbucks. I ordered a Chai latte just like I normally do. I went to work and thirty minutes later took a big drink of a mocha latte. For a non-coffee drinker, this was gross. I was the only customer at the time too.
First time in 20 years I have lived close to a Starbucks, in the past 3 hours away was closest. Happy to be here.

Was not at starbucks. Did NOT go to starbucks. Only went to grocery store-Harris Teeter.
So apparently a drink without ice is supposed to be 1/3 filled
