In all honesty, I drink Starbucks alot. This is probably the second most frequent store I go to and I have never had any issues in the past. I actually work in customer service myself so I don't typically leave bad reviews. I was very unhappy with the customer service today. The girls working in there today were just not polite or helpful at all and I left very unsatisfied. They weren't busy, so it wasn't like they had a ton of stuff going on...I placed an online order for pick up and it took about 10-15 minutes longer than the time online said it would be ready by online. When I got there, the store was basically empty, so again like I said it wasn't like they had a ton going on. But my major issue was that the main girl helping mewas just really rude.

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at Starbucks. This trip was a quick one to pick up an online order. The staff recognize me and I am always greeted. I always like the fun games and chances to earn bonus ⭐!
They always make my drinks just the way I like it and they are always friendly.
Starbucks is Starbucks... Usually you know what you're going to get across any of these establishments. Usually good even though you have to buy the additional ingredients (cream, sugar, etc.) to make the coffee taste acceptable. All Starbucks burn their beans... Not my idea of good coffee. I usually get a chai latte.My chai latte this time was subpar. Pretty bad, in fact, and poured it out after I drove away. It was basically warm milk with no other flavor. This happened to me years ago at the same location and I've had good ones in between. I guess I'll stick to making mine at home.I went inside to order and it took about 10 minutes to get the order after I paid. I never saw anyone else standing in line. A lot of cars at the pickup window though; maybe drive-through gets priority.
The drive-thru at this location had a long line so I went inside. The store was clean and the Baristas made sure to promptly greet every customer who came inside. My order was made quickly and correctly. I did end up waiting a bit longer than necessary because the Barista didn't really call out my name. She just mumbled something and sat be cup down ?
The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Of all the Starbucks busted in Greensboro, hands down the worst customer service. Will drive the extra distance not to have to deal with their manager.
I totally understand having to close the lobby for unforeseen circumstances, but if you are going to do that, turn off the lobby pick-up option for mobile orders! Very unprofessional!
This Starbucks randomly closes all the time. It happened again today. I get it, every business is understaffed. But…. when the app allows you to order for in store pick-up and you arrive to do so and are greeted with a locked door and typed sign “Sorry we closed at 3” don’t act confused when people are upset. A lady opened the door and said I would have to get in the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building. When I told her I ordered for in store pick up, she said you will have to get in the drive thru regardless and not to worry they don’t make the drinks until you are in the drive thru. This was a lie because drinks were lined up and visible on the counter under the pick up sign designated for in store pick up. I told her to cancel the order. She left and locked the door and sent another girl to ask my name. She said she would check to see if the drink had already been made. She then handed me the drink in less than a minute. I told her they need to have a way to adjust the app for in store pick up if they are going to close randomly. She interrupted me and said “I have to get back. I have to get back.” First of all calm down, you are making drinks, not performing heart surgery. Secondly, I thought drinks were not made until customers are in the drive thru. If you are going to lie, maybe don’t send out two different people who contradict each other.
