I ordered a ice caramel macchiato with coconut milk instead of whole milk, my usual plus a fappé for my son. They are usually on point but I saw some new faces. My macchiato tastes like pure coconut milk and on top of that there was a hair on the inside of my lid. I went back to get the hair situation fixed but when I brought it to the new girls attention about how much milk was in the cup she said " I only used a little". I took it as a lose and Starbucks has also lost my business. On top of all that when I got back to my car I realized there was another hair on the outside of my cup. Someone is shedding and needs a hairnet! $6 gone out of my pocket I'm sure the company won't miss my money just sharing my experience. I was a regular customer, not anymore!
I drive out of my way to go to this Starbucks because of service and flavor. I work within 2 miles of a Starbucks that is much slower and my favorite drink doesn't task quite the same. They are both equally busy, this one on South Elm just does a better job of moving orders thru. Good Job!
Ordered an egg sandwich got egg bitesOrders a salted caramel latte got a regular latte and got a regular latte with one pump of caramel.Then on top of that I know the wait was 45 mins. Definitely not going back. It’s not that I wasn’t patient but it was legit like they forgot about me definitely not coming back.
Love this location since they remodeled. Always fast service. Never understand while people wait in the drive through for 10 minutes if they could just run in and out in just a few ?
This is not a very good Starbucks to stop at their orders are never ready when promised. They're very fast in taking your money and very slow and giving you your products. I have been to quite a few other Starbucks in the area and have gotten very fast and very friendly service I wish I could say this about this one but I cannot.
The drinks are delicious and they were very very very fast about it. We were in a large drive thru line and they got all four of our drinks in like one minute. The staff were lovely as well!
I haven't been to all of them, but I think this might have to be one of the friendliest Starbucks and Greensboro, IMHO....esp Sydney and Lori!! I love that they even have pictures of the local dog customers from drive thru, inside with their names!?
Today I ordered my usual iced skvl w/ almond milk. However, it was far from my usual experience. The drink that I paid $6.03 for is watered down and has hard weird sprinkles added. As someone who loves Christmas, I appreciate the attempt at Christmas cheer. However, they are absolutely disgusting in a skvl. Sprinkles have a place in this world, just not in my iced latte.
This is a super busy Starbucks which is fine but the mobile order time estimate is always off by a good 10 minutes. So if you’re in a rush order way in advance. I want to add that if you get many food items and it’s in a bag in mobile order it would be great if the name was on the outside of the bag so multiple people are not stifling through the bag to see if it’s theirs.I appreciate the great customer service here and understand that things can get hectic during rushes.
Traveling from out of town and was craving a refreshing drink from Starbucks. The drink was good, however the restrooms were absolutely disgusting . I didn’t even want to use it. Both were gender neutral and call me whatever you want but I wish restrooms could just add a third so that people who don’t care or identify as either gender can use that. It was gross, and I love Starbucks… they are usually always very pleasant and very clean. NOT this one.
