the people very nice they got my order right that's all I got to say I rate them 5 Star
First let me say I absolutely love Starbucks. This particular Starbucks on Pisgah is the worst one. This Starbucks is literally three minutes from my home and I have to travel all the way to Battleground to get what I want.Every single time I’ve gone to the Starbucks they are out of mostly everything they are always saying things are on back order. And then they will have a slight attitude when you ask them why are you always out of stuff!! This Starbucks really is the absolute worst!!!
This has got to be the slowest operating Starbucks I have been to. Order a Frappuccino today and by the time we picked it up it was cold milk even the whipped cream had melted.
Pisgah Starbucks is my favorite location! Every person I encounter every single time I go has been so incredibly pleasant and go so far above and beyond to make my mornings richer.
Woke up this morning to treat my family to some Starbucks arou 8:45 am. I pull up to the drive through and to my surprise there was a employee standing outside in the cold with very little to no business and it was 23 degrees below freezing this mmorning. this really struck a nerve for I have a daughter around the same age as this employee. I placed my ordered with the employee and once I pulled around to receive my order.. I politely asked if there was a reason as to why there was an employee standing in below freezing weather While there are no customers and if the intercom was down .the manager then stated that there has to be someone out there during peak hours and stated that the employee will be alright they have hand warmers.. so unempathetic and displeasing to see the way employees are being treated at Starbucks and to top it all off my order of coffee was less than lukewarm. I can't support this kind of action and will not be doing any more business with this Starbucks establishment.
Limited selection or rather they have discontinued flavors but customer service was great
It was faster than most Starbucks to fill order. Not as high traffic as other like locations. Friendly barristas and perfect coffee. Hey, it's a Starbucks, right?
Usually only treat myself to Starbucks when they're doing a promotion. The one I went to today I had ordered on the app ahead of time but still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. They did apologize for the delay.
They were super busy, but stayed really friendly. For the crowds they were definitely understaffed. They kept their heads up though, while they were getting rocked. Peppermint mocha for the win!
When I got there, the drive through line was super long. However, it was FAST! Service was great. They were so friendly and nice!
