Tonya the barista at the Starbucks here at Harris Teeter on Pisgah Church here is amazing!! This morning she was the only one working the morning rush fixing drinks, always kind ,always friendly even when the lines were backed up she manages to still maintain and keep everything under control make drinks perfectly and give outstanding customer service. Kudos for her and her positive energy even though she had absolutely NO help with 8 customers in line she had me in and out on time.Thanks Tonya

This is my favorite Starbucks location by far! Every single barista has been nothing but warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic. I moved here for law school and spent countless hours in their store (pre-covid) studying and drowning in coffee. Whenever they get the endless line wrapped around the building, they work their hardest to make sure everyone gets their order!
The baristas here are always very friendly, patient, and go out of their way to help you and give you exactly what you are looking for. Thank you to reid and all the other kind people who work here

I live within 3 minutes from this location and in the last 4 times the coffee lid came off. The 3 times it happened it was on a weekend and it was not that bad because i was able to quickly recover but this particular day, not only did the top fly off but the coofee was extrmely hoe and burned my right side, my breast and my thigh, it caused me severe pain and red marks all down my side, took the cup to my manufacturing manager and he said that was a defective lid and to keep everything to shoe my lawyer. I have tried and tried to get the store manager to handle this issue but she act as though it means nothing!!!!!!!!!! Because I am not a person to create problems i am still to date waiting for a general manager to contact me. I will wait another week and then I will retain a lawyer.........
