Every time I have gone here the last few weeks they have been out of everything needed to make a drink, which is fine. The supply chain is crazy. But then they made my last chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso with no espresso, just chocolate and almondmilk, and tonight they closed the store and the drive thru 30 mins prior to tho closing time. Not cool!
I went through the drive thru today for my birthday and my app was not showing any birthday offers so I mentioned it to Rya at the window and she said, “I got you!” Not only did she comp my drink but she also wrote happy birthday wishes all over my frapp lid. She was amazing and so personable. I will absolutely be back to this Starbucks for such great customer service!!!!
Great coffee good service, did not get a full cup of coffee only little over a half ful
First of all I ordered a lot of things for my family and I, but the blonde girls working there said they couldn’t give me change with an attitude. I then asked another customer if he had change which then the blonde girls working finally said they did have change? So which is it? I did not like them, and won’t be coming back so neither should you.
It's been a long time since I've had a bad experience at Starbucks, but this time the drive-thru worker was incredibly rude. I asked for a water that I'd forgotten in the Drive-Thru they didn't even say anything to me but huffed and walked away to grab it. And then I tried to make sure that my employee discount had been put on the order because it didn't look like the amount was right to me. They told me it didn't matter I still owed what I owed and told me that I didn't give them any information about that. I should have told them to check anyway, but the attitude and frustration put me off from wanting to continue speaking to them. I understand people have bad days but they just seemed frustrated with me before I even got there. My order was correct and tasted lovely oh, my only issue was with this drive-thru employee
Used drive thru during morning hours. Had employee outside taking orders. Hmmm! Chick-fil-A, look what you started...but I digress. Total process had me ordered and on my way within 3 minutes, all in the comfort of my vehicle. Plenty of parking if you choose to go inside.
This location typically makes my drink correctly so I have no complaints. The drive through line moves pretty quickly and I like the location. It also has nice seating outside for a coffee date.
Save your money and time, go to the one on Wendover. This Starbucks drinks are never good or the same compared to other Starbucks. Not to mention, the attitudes are unnecessary when you tell them that they made a mistake.
This was the worse Starbucks location ever. I am a very frequent visitor of Starbucks. Made a mobile order waited 20 min in addition to the wait time it said on the app. and watched as they served everyone who ordered after me before me. Found out half the order had been sitting there. The other half wasn't made and now I see that half the order is wrong still. I was warned about this location went anyway. Do not recommend. Caribou coffee is looking real good after this experience.
Just a heads up to folks just trying to grab a coffee. I came in here on Sat shortly before 11 am for a grande drip coffee with a splash of milk. It’s now 11:20 and I’ve finally walked back out with a luke warm drip coffee. Promptly googling where the next closest coffee place is. I used to work at Starbucks 20 years ago and i know this stuff happens. The staff were plenty pleasant. This just seems to be the norm at about any Starbucks I walk into these days. Good luck y’all!
