Went to place an order and the tried to do a reload the process took 15 min to figure out and still didn't get the order right.???♀️
Im upset right now which is why im writing this review. I just orderd and was given the wrong sandwich. We told one lady who said no problem just keep the mistake and we'll make the right one. Ok cool! Yall messed up so fix it. Then some guy, Rob i think, was like no give me the sandwich back. So we did, just so he could throw it in the trash right in front of me. Now i get it, you wanted to be petty and throw it away instead of me having another sandwich, but what a waste. And for what??. But me being 8 months pregnant and very hungry as it was, it irritated me and rubbed me the wrong way. So anyways I hope everyone has a good day except rob.
Warm and friendly staff. The store was very clean and my drink was made to perfection. It made me miss being a barista. Great job team! ( I also like the sign for partner of the week. Great way to showcase staff.)
Ordered a drink with no sweetener from this location as I am a type I diabetic, received the drink with sugar. I even checked the label on the drink to make sure I ordered correctly. One person’s carelessness can easily result in a health emergency in cases like these.
Quick service and clean store! Good amount of room for sitting with your coffee.
First office is probably gonna be a bit of an odd review. I ordered my mobile order and got there And 20 minutes later fearing that my drinks would be cold. However, they had not even started. They were extraordinarily busy and understaffed for this moment. However it was an unbelievably pleasant atmosphere and it all started with one of their employees named Sarah. She was just awesome every time she finished order she called out the name, made eye contact, and talk to them for a second while she made another drink. This was so far out of the norm for my Starbucks experiences that I just noted how all of the people in the place were telling her that she was doing a good job and they appreciated her working hard because she was so friendly and full of common sense. Do you often walk in a Starbucks and they’re behind and they don’t want to make rude contact and they don’t want to talk to anyone but she made every single person feel human as she produced the orders. They also had another person who came in and said, hey you look like you’ve been waiting a long time what’s your name again let me check on your order. The biggest thing I wanna say is that this place must have an incredible manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Sarah. But this might be my best Starbucks experience ever and I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food after placing mobile order.I would also say that Sarah had an affect on the guests. They were talking and interacting in a positive way. Just phenomenal. If Sarah ever need a job, contact me!
This has to be the most disorganized store I have ever visited. It's no wonder there's always a line at the drive thru.
It's my second time going to this Starbucks, and both times the coffee tastes better than the one I usually go.
