I'm only giving a 1 star because I've had not 1 bad experience but 3 bad experiences. First experience was months ago where I ordered a Venti Vanilla sweet cream cold brew and there was no sweet cream in it at all. I was also about 20 minutes from home so I just called another one near my house and they remade it for me. Second time I'm at the drive thru this young lady kept placing my order in wrong and arguing with me over the cost until we got the manager involved then she snatched the card from my hand and didn't even say anything to me. Last of them all. I sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes waiting on the same drink to get a drink that wasn't even filled up properly!!! I am never one to complain but I will not be coming back to this location. They have some of the rudest employee's. They take forever to get drinks out. I kept giving chances hoping they would turn out better. I'm so disappointed in this store.

So today I went in to my community Starbucks instead of going to the drive thru. Now, I will give grace and say this was at 8:15 in the morning, however, I expected a little more of a flow. The service wasn't slow at all however the energy of the employees felt a bit flustered. I watched from a far them get a few orders wrong and even someone coming in after me getting their order before I got my cup of coffee. No worries though because I received the best cup of coffee with hazelnut syrup I have had from this location in a very long time. Overall, they rock! Diversity is definitely a thing and it is exhibited through the store for pride month as well as in their staff. I will definitely continue supporting.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now, today I came through the drive thru & had the pleasure of meeting Harry! From the point of placing my order up until I received my drink he was such a sweet soul. I’ve never came through this drive thru & had such a good energy (usually its just too busy). He definitely turned my day around!

Very rude customer service ! I understand they get busy and they may be short staffed. But with these Starbucks prices people deserve 5 star service ! Tighten up !

My family and I just left the Starbucks and had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! We’ve been traveling all afternoon back home to NC from TN. My husband was in desperate need of coffee before the last 2 hours of our 7 hr drive (and he’s not a big coffee drinker!)!It’s late.. 11:00pm and this was the Only Starbucks still open! Everyone was SO Nice! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! Justin Kimm helped us! He was absolutely fantastic!! The registers were down but Justin made sure we had what we needed!! He was fabulous!!!It was about 2 miles off our usual route, however, I will always make SURE to make this a stop on my drives back and forth from now on! Thank you Justin for refueling weary travelers tonight!! You were Great and we so appreciated you!!!

Full of baristas trying their best and people in the reviews berating them when they aren’t in control of how many employees are working. Fast service and friendly. My advice to the people complaining about attitude is to learn how to be respectful to people

This is my go to Starbucks here in north Carolina. Dunkin donuts takes fourty five minutes and I have yet to have my coffee made right. I am happy to wait in the drive thru because my coffee is made right. This is important to me. The staff is so sweet to us. They remember the order and are super kind. They are just so sweet. Cheers.

Four people working , maybe 6 people in there besides us, and place was filthy! Bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper ,at all! Told an employee, she lazily said she'd let someone know. I disinfected the table we were at because they were dirty. There was a microwave kraft mac and cheese and garbage at the next table.I really was amazed at the state of the place. You can't let a place be run by teenagers. It was a Saturday and they should be ashamed.

Make sure you are giving people the right lids and straw sizes. Got a venti cold brew in the drive thru and after a long wait was given a frap lid with a tall/grande sized straw. How is one supposed to drink that? For cold brews give the flat lid with the sip hole. ?‍♀️ had to go into the store with an additional extra long wait just to get the proper lid for my drink while for when I’m on the road.

I enjoy stopping by this place when I'm down wendover. It can be rather busy at times as any Starbucks, I was surprised one day when a mistake was made with my order and they corrected it by simply giving it to me. Needless to say it was a good investment! See you next time
