This place is really slow. Staff sucks no one in here cares about their job or the customers. The only reason I gave them a three star is because I like sonic food but the store and staff get a 1. And every time that I come here there is a homeless man sleeping on the bench inside the store.
Used order ahead on the sonic app to order slushies and got there on time and selected a stall number. Everything was going smoothly but no one came with them. Waited five minutes before clicking the order button to find that i needed to go through the drive-thru. In total, 20 minutes had gone by before i got my slushies. The receipt had 10:03, two minutes before i arrived so they had sat for 20 minutes. On top of this, my order was not right. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.
My lady and I got delivered old food. The lettuce was bad. Had to spit some out. Looked like my fries and burger was microwaved. Usually when we order sonic it's good. This just sucks. For the money the quality of service. Why!
The service is pretty bad here. It always just depends if you’ll be in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes or if you get lucky and there’s no one there. I think they’re understaffed half the time. Anyways the food is good and they always offer me friendly service. I just wouldn’t go here if you are in a rush or on break.
Best customer service! Very clean dining area. Which i didn't know any sonic had. The car hops actually skate! Food was excellent and fresh.
This is one of my favorite fast food stops whenever I am in the area shopping. I always go in to eat & really like the atmosphere of the interior since it was remodeled from the old setup. The staff are always friendly & do a great job of preparing the food just right. The quantities of food are generous & prices are reasonable. I'm hooked on the boneless Buffalo wings & tater tots combination. Other patrons that come in are also cheerful & I usually come across friendly folks who like to share how thier day is going. I highly recommend this place to fill that empty hollow place in your belly.
11:07 p.m. jan,08 2022. Went through the drive thru to order 2 5-piece tenders with 2 medium cherry limeade slushies. Only to receive 1 order of tenders with 2 slushies, no one wants or enjoys spend money for half of their order. It's not hard to follow the order screen either. I'm apart of NC management and it makes me wanna go bacc into the fast food industry to teach a valuable lesson. I will not be returning, and the household I live in. Arsenic fanatics!!! But after tonight I think we'll take our business elsewhere.
Thr service was fast and the employees were very nice and friendly. The food was by far, the best here than any other Sonic I've had before!!
I went through the drive thru. First red flag the card reader (that any customer with a card must use) was filthy and covered in some type of sticky liquid. I asked for no pickles no tomatoes. yet received both. They had me pull up and wait while they did whatever they do. I thought that meant I would get fresh fries or ANYTHING HOT but no I received 2 burgers 2 fries and a mozzarella sticks NO SAUCE when I go in and complain they give me one sauce and say thats all the mozzarella sticks come with. I then get back across the street (I work literally 500 ft away) and all my food is cold. The burgers the fries everything is stone cold. I had to throw away everything but the burger. (I didnt have time to go back I was on break)
Me and my wife went around 5 pm on 12/18/21 and when we pulled in the drive thru was wrapped around building so we pulled to a station to order after about 10 min of waiting and U.S. downloading the app we get told they are not doing the food stations just drive thru to which at this point was even longer very disappointed as we had been working all day.
