If I could leave no stars I would. Bianca took my order and was rude as hell! I asked a question pertaining to was Sonic was from tap and instead of saying one moment let me ask my manager, she responded with do you want the water or not?! Working customer service 7 years, no matter what the job I always appreciate the customer service. I explained this to her manager, and the only thing she could say was “Ok, I’m sorry. I will speak to her”. The smallest things can make or ruin someone’s day and this certainly did damper mine.
Every employee was really nice but boy, the place needs a twice over...I had to fix the toilet to get it to flush (you need a key to get in) and everything needs a power wash and a few repairs. The drink machine was shut down. I'm from out of town so I'm not sure if it's a "bad" area but not maintaining the facilities will drive good people away. I actually liked that I could dine in, eat on the patio, drive in stalls or drive up. You've got a good place near the colliseum, so take care of it and take care of your employees, the were the best part of my visit.
My snack was delicious, tater tots cooked to perfection and the Oreo cheesecake Master shake was superb?
Many broken menus in the parking spots. No cones in place, so drivers were constantly parking and having to move. Food was not great. Ice cream treats were good.Staff was pleasant.
A quick stop for a quick bite to eat. I had a small wait time but my food was hot.
Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster combo with tots and a peach Sprite.The person who took my order was friendly and accurate.The tots were perfectly crisp. The only issue came when I opened up my burger. It had a tiny little chip of bacon inside the weakest little baby onion ring. It looked deliberately bad.Told them the issue and they fixed it. The second burger was excellent. The bacon was honestly the best I've ever had (crispy and not burnt) and the onion ring was just barely smaller than the meat patty.Thanks for making things right!

They just DIDNT LISTEN. Asked for all large combos and didn't get ONE. Asked for no mustard on my daughter's burger and they put it on there anyway. Also ordered a corn dog we didn't get....pushed the button to order sauces (because we got none of the sauces we asked for either) and tell them they forgot the dog. She replied with "you're missing a corn dog?" And still just brought our sauces out. Never got the corndog. DO BETTER. It's really not that hard to listen
Today was the 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this location! I had to repeat myself several times before it was gotten right and it was only 2 of the same meals the only difference being drink size and sauce type. Then I was told my order was $12.21.64!!!! I can't make this up. At the window of course I was greeted with a smile, a hello or anything just handed drinks and correct total given. When i was handed the food opened the box to dark dry looking tenders and lukewarm tater tots. The young lady looked at me like I was foreign when I questioned why I was given old food. I pulled up to the #1 to await fresh food. About 5 min later a man exits the building walks over and hands me food. No hello. No sorry for the wait, nothing just walked away! I pull off, open both boxes at the light, same dry dark tenders but now steaming hot ? so microwaved or refried maybe... and same old tots! I broke some before giving the box back so I'm 100% certain they were the same tots. I bit one of the tenders, hot, dry and chewy like chicken flavored plastic! My cheese tots had brown mushy specs of something on them (im hoping burger fragments, see pictures). I didn't eat them!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Everytime me and my family go to that particular sonic it's always a bad experience. They never get are order right and there customer service is horrible!!!
