Hello Darlings and Gentleman if want a nice juicy burger made to perfection with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, onions ooooh my mouth is watering now this is the spot.Quick drive-thru time, reasonably priced, sandwhiches neatly made, nice portion size, great staff, open late, best crushed ice which you can purchase a bag of. Only drawback sometimes they forget to add extra request, once I had to driv-thru 4x just for them to add bacon freak'in bacon but each time my burger was made fresh and I wanted MY BACON? gone treat yourself to diet cheat treat day, you know you want to?
I ordered fries with no salt and a chicken slinger with no pickle. I heard the girl fixing my order ask the fry guy if they were the fries no salt. He said yes. She asked if this was the chicken slinger with no pickle. They sandwich maker said yes it was. She brings me my order and take a look inside the bag and find fries that look like they had been dropped back in grease. So, I asked the cashier for fresh fries. Well, she drop fries no salt. I received my order for the second time and return to work with the same fries that I gave back to the girl that fixed the order. The chicken sandwich below looks like it had been fried hours ago that you cant even tell its chicken. I called to speak with manager and she apologize. She took my name and said the next time you come I will give you a free fry. I should have known better when the rating is 93.5% (Nasty) I am calling South Carolina office to complain.
I made a call on the phone to see if my order was ready. Like I made a door dash order and I wasn't sure if I had to go and pick it up myself because a driver was supposed to get it. But I was calling to see if my order was still there. The person I talked to was really rude. Then I gave the my name and they hung up on me that is ridiculous. I'm paying for it and I was simply asking if my food was still there bc I was just going to get it myself. Never getting this place again.

I ordered the #2 Supersonic double cheeseburger with Mayo, mustard, chili and grilled onions, with chili cheese tots and cherry limeade slushy. It was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh. The only thing wrong if I had to absolutely mention something that they were out of forks and she didn't offer to put anything in the bag to eat my chili cheese tots with. I had to ask for a spoon. Also, there were no napkins in the bag. Otherwise, my food was perfect so that's why i still gave them a 5 star!

I went this morning around 730 am to the drive-thru.I wish I got the gentleman's name because he did such an excellent job.Sonic was short staffed like most places these days and he did a great job running the show.He handled the stress with the line of cars so professionally and had a big smile on his face when I pulled up to the window.I pray this message gets to him and I will send a message to corporate as well.It is a blessing to have a person like him in our service industry and need more like him.No complaints with my food and coffee was fresh.
Fries and tater tots did not taste fresh, chicken was alright but some of the tenders were not cooked to the same extent as others. Drinks were good at least
I ordered a 5 piece tender with tater tots, a large fruit punch, and mozzarella sticks with honey mustard and marinara sause. They didn't give me any of my sauces, the mozzarella sticks were ALL hollow, the tots were squished and cold, and they gave me a medium drink...
Waited 11 minutes in the drive in space across from the drive thru window, and I push the red button and it gives me the prompt something like, “someone will be with you shortly” no one ever answered and I could see plenty of employees inside the building. About 6 minutes into waiting a car pulls up and goes through the drive thru window and they get help and their order but I’m sitting in my drive in space with no help. At about 10 minutes a few more cars come in a still no assistance for me no I will be right with you or nothing. This experience was terrible and ridiculous and I wasn’t even able to get my simple order. Also when I called it said line busy Thanks a lot.
