The place is clean but the food needs improvement. It’s dry, the portions were small and it was pricey. They should stick exclusively to making what they know how to make whether it be Columbian, Cuban, Puerto Rican or Salvadorean but to try to cook it all in one inclusive place, causes for a lack of taste and authenticity!….Probably won’t go again.
I ordered the bistec with totones. what I got was Diced steak with diced tomatoes and onions. The plantains were old and stale The rice taste like Uncle Ben's

I’d come again for a light bite if I’m in the area. At the house at the front was informative and able to recommend something new for my friends to try (arepas). I got shredded chicken tacos. They were pretty simple. You can’t go wrong with simple plus a tasty sauce. I ordered fried plantains as well. They looked a little overcooked but they tasted amazing. I also want to try something new: I ordered their passionfruit agua fresca. It was light and refreshing - not too sweet.I’m open up coming back and trying something new again. I wasn’t wowed but the food was fine. I knocked of a star because of flies :/
This is alright. Portions were kinda small. Wait time was long but I only saw one person in the back cooking so maybe that's why. Food was OK, got the ACP and the breast were way overcooked , it's so thin too.
This place has excellent cuban sandwiches and some of the best fries we’ve ever had. We’re looking forward to trying more dishes here.Sofritas also has very friendly owners, and is veteran owned.
Great food. Lovely family owned restaurant. Also veteran owned which I like to support. Forgot to take a picture and are every bite. I got the Cuban. It was comfortable, but have the feeling it's main focus is takeout.
I can’t get enough of their style of latin food. These guys are great and bring in their chef experience in the flavor offerings. Go have some tasty cuisine and get the Peru sauce- it is lit!?
