great food and great atmosphere.
I thoroughly enjoyed every bite at Sante Fe Mexican Grill. I will definitely go back again. The chips and salsa were both fresh and tastey. Our dishes arrived at the table in a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress did mix up the plates but after we did a little switch-a-roo ourselves, we dug into delicious meals. Both were hot, flavorful, and more than we could eat. Santa Fe is a large, comfortable restaurant. You dont feel as though you're sitting on top of the next guest. The prices are comparable to other restaurants but the food was a little step above. Wonderful place, great food.
Great food and friendly service! The wings were perfectly fried- crispy and flavorful. The peach margarita was delicious- tequila perfectly balanced with peach nectar…GOOD!
I’m no expert on Mexican food, but this was one of the best tasting meals I had
If you're a brown person, don't eat here. They don't like us either smh. We ordered our food to go, when I checked the menu and realized the food had pork in it, I wanted to get something else. I already paid for the food. The manager, I assumed was rude and obnoxious. He told me to learn how to read. I quickly asked for a refund for the specific meal but he decides to snatch the food and give me a refund of it of all of it. We've ate here numerous of times. We'll stick to Culichi right up the road.
The atmosphere was great. The food was wonderful all around great restaurant.
Food was great and cooked as ordered. Taste and seasoning were delicious too. Our lunch experience was very positive. The restaurant is very spacious and offers a varied menu. Some of the dishware needs to be replaced now. Plates were chipped or cracked.
We got there right as it was opening. And we weren't the only people waiting to be let in. By the time we left the parking lot was getting pretty full. The service was good and everyone was really friendly. The food was also pretty good, but not the best I've had. They had some pretty good lunch specials so that was nice. The dining room was large and could seat big groups. Was definitely a nice establishment.
Went for a late lunch, the staff was very nice. The food was amazing and it wasn’t expensive. Our server went above and beyond for us. I didn’t catch his name but my receipt says Beto. I don’t live in Greensboro but the next time in town I will be back! I hope we get him as a server the next time we visit!
We come here in a regular basis and the food and staff are normally very good. We decided to go last night and my wife ordered a frozen drink. As she was drinking the drink she sucked something up through the straw so she spit it out and guess what we find… shards of metal blended up in the drink. So we stir the drink around and there are several shards of metal blended up in the drink, some bigger pieces and lots of little pieces. Asked for the manager showed him the drink and all they did was offer a free drink. This is a extremely dangerous situations that could have went bad very fast. The manager then said the food would be taken care of, then the waiter brings our bill I take it to the manager and they charged for everything but a few drinks said remind him next time and he will cut me a deal… this is not something to be taken lightly and I understand mistakes happen but our waiter also admitted to hearing a funny noise from the blender while making the drink. This is a mistake that should never happen. And yes I did pay the bill and no I did not argue with him about it, Even though we should have gotten everything free for that screw up, considering he said it would be…. Beware with the frozen drinks here
