The food was like any other typical chain Mexican. It was good but the problem arose when trying to use a $10 off $30 coupon. My bill was $29.84 and they said it had to be $30 before taxes. They charged $1 for substituting an orange in place of rice or fries on my child’s meal. In order to accommodate I offered to buy two more oranger to bring the bill up to $30. I was told it had to be food or drink. I asked what an orange was then if not food. The manager then said it still would not be enough because I was lacking .06 cents.Maybe it was all due to me being white.
I was there with my husband for lunch and I noticed they have a new lady manager. Very rude and with attitude problems. My husband ask the lady manager, named Maria, for a to go water, she brought him the to go water without a lid and left. My husband waited for her to come back and ask her for a lid, she gave him an attitude, and after she rolled her eyes at him and reply “you should have asked for a lid too, you need to be more specific.” We were shocked at her very rude answers. We will not be going back.
We were in town for funeral and visited for lunch. Was seated immediately and food came quickly. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We used to eat here years ago when we lived in Greensboro. All staff wore masks.
The back patio has been turned into an enclosed bar and seating area with very nice tile, granite and plush chairs. Please bring back the live band (on Fri & Sat nights?) and a little space for dancing. Also, the food, drinks and service were excellent as always. See you soon!
I went there Sunday 3/13/22 with my family I ordered a friend fish tilapia. The fish was too crunchy like really hard.. I couldn't even eat it was horrible so I just ate the rice and salad my husband ordered the coctel shrimp, his was Good. ? so if You go there don't order the tilapia u wil not enjoy your meal.
Food was delicious. Pork in salsa Verde and a mango margarita. Will definitely be returning.
The food there is really good but don’t purchase cheese dip to go because they will only fill the cup up halfway. It’s about six dollars.
