The server at this location did not look at the person that was paying for the meal did not respect either one of us

I have always loved this place as a child however the food kinda has stayed the same basic food it has always been. Great for a quick bite but no real thrills to be had here. While the servers were nice, it was very disappointing to have cold fries brought out to me 2x. Killed the whole bottomless fries vibe. My burger was tasty and I would stop by again at some point however I don't think we will be kicking down any doors or screaming " take my money! "

This location has a hard time keeping things stocked. I was there 3 weeks ago and again today for mother's day, both times with the goal to have a sangria, and they were out both times. If I go again, I'll call to ask about that first before making the trip. Other than that, the food was good, though orders were slow, and our pretzel bites were cold. It wasn't their fault though because they were short staffed, so I feel they did the best that they could under the circumstances.

The burgers were excellent. Staff was very friendly.

Contrary to specifically-focused technique, etiquette and true customer service - this company aims to rear its staff in targeting and sharpening the products, idealistic style and word-specific table-side rhetoric. Its point: overwhelm with branding - not host, comfort and satisfy. There has never been anything remotely resembling bottomless as to the "bottomless, piping-hot steak fries" rather an abundance of scoffing, eye-rolling and expectations for a company wide promise that was (and never will be) satisfactorily full-filled.

My brother and I met up for lunch. We had an overall lovely experience. We were a little disappointed that they were out of the chicken we usually order. I only had two complaints. First, we were seated in the adult section, and then they seated two groups with small children there as well. Also, refills were extremely slow. My brother never got a second order of fries. I never got a drink refill, but our server did get me one to go.

If you call them and ask when they close they say 11pm, but that's a lie because if you try to go after 10:30 they will refuse to take your order. If your gonna close at 10:30 just tell people that. Luckily there's a chili's ?️ across the road that doesn't lie about there hours so I went there. The food was good and the wait staff was very nice. Thanks chili's!

I am a big fan of Red Robin, yet I was highly disappointed with my dining experience in Greensboro, NC. The menu item I wanted was not available. I settled for the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken sandwich. It was tough. My Yukon Chips were saturated with cooking oil. It took 3 request and more than 20 minutes to get a replacement order. There was an excuse for everything, and no offer to adjust the bill even after making the request. Sorry Greensboro Red Robin, I'm done.

Ever since Corey and Scott left, this Red Robin has gotten better. Corey was rude and disrespectful so was Scott. But there’s still something missing about this Red Robin. I’ve been to over 20 Red Robin’s. This Greensboro one ranks very low. It could be the employees and their disrespectful ways. The last time I ate here, I dined alone. The server asked why I dine alone, I said I dine alone frequently to which they said “You must be a weird guy.” Then they laughed. I asked why they would say I must be weird, they walked away quickly. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager said they were too busy to “talk”. I’m not trying to talk to you. I’m trying to tell you about your problems.

Greensboro Red Robin is the worst one I’ve ever been to. My burger was made incorrectly, they gave me MASSIVE attitude when I asked them to remake it. Didn’t even say sorry! One of the hosts asked me why I’m eating alone, as if solo dining is weird. I told her I like dining alone. She said “You must get use to that being single.” I said I’m not single, I’m married. She replied “Sure you are”, in a sarcastic tone. And she said “You wish you were married.” I nearly walked out. What’s wrong with these people?
