I feel like this place is soooo under rated. I love the projection of moving sea life. The staff was friendly. Service was wonderful. Our server was nice and understanding. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. I've been to the Red Crab on Gate City and the food tastes exactly the same. I honestly prefer this location better because it's more family/ kid friendly. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. ? I absolutely recommend this location. I will definitely be going back.I took my son for his birthday and they put "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on the walls for him.
The Food was Excellent and the Service was Great will be a repeat customer for many years... Loved it and I think you'll Love it too if you love Seafood check it out!
Great experience! My husband and I travel a lot and have eaten at juicy seafood places all over the country. Red Crab Greensboro is one of the best, so glad we tried them. Our food was so good, seasoned exactly right, and my drink was absolutely perfect. Being from Florida and people who eat seafood multiple times a week, we know what good seafood tastes like, and this was it! Also, shout out to our server KAYLEE KING!! She’s as sweet as pie and did an awesome job. Shout out to the really nice manager as well.
The food was great and the prices are not bad at all for seafood. I actually think they are underpriced.
I just left not even a whole 5 minutes ago. Their service is terrible, and waitress told me she would come back to take our order and 25-35 minutes later yet to come back to take our our order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
The food was great!!! Fresh and seasoned. There's a waiter there named Dove that clearly deserves to be a manager.
If you love seafood, do not come here. Atmosphere is nice but they’re understaffed. Service is rushed, food is not cooked all the way. It’s not flavorful at all. I will never come back here. Go at your own risk‼️
Dove was a great attendant who waited on me & my friend. We both ordered seafood boils and it was delicious. The service was great and we didn’t wait long for our food. The atmosphere is nice, bright, and vibrant! The picture should speak for itself everything was devoured and we will tell our friends and come back again thank you
Was my first time at a Red Crab and omg I wish I lived near one. It was absolutely delicious. And for the portion I think most things are priced fairly.
Ok so let’s just say the vibe in this location is cool calm and collective …good music .good drink specials …Simone and Asia have good customer service skills …and drinks are on point …sorry I’m a bar sitter lmao not booth but I haven’t had any complaints and I’ve been coming here once a week! Margarita special on Monday, top self Tuesday and thirsty Thursday!!! I love the lunch special prices ..come visit and eat up!
