The chicken was 'hot', vegetables or extras were tasty and the choices were good. Also the size of the chicken pieces was nice. It was not small like some name brand fast food chicken pieces.
Ordered through the app and when I arrived they said someone took our order and they refused to remake it. I will never go back to this location and will advise friends and family to do the same. I used to work in fast food so I know how customers are supposed to be treated and this location is the worst one in Greensboro.
sad to say I contact the store about a problem with my order and i was told to call corporate I call corporate several times all they did was sweep it under the rug and said they would have the store to refund my money or replace order which never happen its sad you spend your hard earn money to get food and something you didn't even order. money wasted.
One of my better places to eat you get good service inside or outside and 90% of my order is correct except yesterday l paid for a pie l didn't get bad on me for not checking my order. But this isn't bad most of the time I'll go back because they have great food and service and are quick they have lots of workers
It's sad that these days customer service is null and void. The only reason that i give a three is that the chicken was hot hot and i so appreciate that. It's as though the normal expectancy of good food practices have gone out the window.I go through drive through place my order from a 5 piece only chicken to basically adding the success and the biscuits. The manager just told me we usually don't change the order when you get to the window. Excuse me, ma'am what if you add the customer is buying for a family member and they change their mind. You mean to tell me.... Imma going to pay and then get right back in line or pay more for the sides i needed. No ma'am or sir you gonna turn that manger key and adjust accordingly. I'm not trying to be difficult, but come on your drive through time is horrible for many other reasons and not because i do desire to change my order. Good grief the most simple things can be anerving when going to pick up something quick to fill one's belly these days
There is always something missing from my order, I'm talking about stuff that comes with it like the biscuit the one side, SMH, then the level of professionalism is mind blowing!! I like Popeye's food in general but I need a better location that doesn't leave food out my order....
My order came up to $46.21 they told me that it would be a 15 minute wait on chicken I end up waiting 40 minutes after I notice other cars were pulling off the find out when I went inside they have forgot about my order it still didn't have any chicken to serve the manager was not apologized. She did not see it on my side. This is totally messed up my experience with Popeyes I live all the way in Danville Virginia and for this location I would not advise you to stop there not professional and it makes me look at Popeye's differently now
I ordered some food I was sitting outside for 30 minutes and they forgot my order I feel like if you ever do your job you need to quit
They served expired coleslaw salads. They had bad odors as soon I opened the lid. Awful experience!
This is one of the worst places. Customer service sucks, time for drive through is even worse, then if they don't get your complete order an you pull around they have the nerve to tell you that they can't fulfill the order you previously placed. Only place with decent time for getting your food in this location is Arby's
