My wife and I stop here when we are nearby. I like the spicy chicken and she gets the normal chicken. Meals are usually accurate and fast. Very small interior and can be crowded at times. Still a good place to eat.
Placed my order and was given a total that went up by 10 dollars once I got to the window. After paying I realized they charged me for a meal I didn't order. The manager acted like she didn't want to refund me. She told me in order to refund the one meal I didn't order, she had to refund the whole ticket and charge me again. The staff member who took my order became rude once I pointed out the mistake. They had me park to wait for my order and I ended up waiting so long I had to call the store to remind them I was outside. Terrible Terrible service. I won't be going back.
I have ordered food from this restaurant using the app three times and at least two of the times I did not get the food that that I paid for. I had to call back to the restaurant each time and express that they had left out items from the order. The managers were always friendly and accommodating. They apparently have a replacement list for items that are left off of orders which could indicate that they have an issue with this but at least I always got what I paid for. Most times the food was fresh and hot I will say watch out for the french fries.
The staff was unkempt. The red beans and rice were under cooked. The chicken wings were extremely small with no real meat. The wait was long. Just seemed like a bunch of inexperienced staff were on the shift and I was not impressed. Maybe day shift is better?
The staff here is so RUDE and LAZY. Smoking cigarettes out front with nobody answering the speaker after sitting there a good 2 minutes. The food is good IF they’re not out of half the menu when you go.
The workers are lazy! First the drive thru was closed so you had to go in. They had multiple workers not doing anything. Instead of making a batch of popcorn shrimp, they offered butterfly shrimp, okay that’s fine. The butterfly shrimp was HARD over cooked, had to have been sitting ALL day. I could crush it with my fingers and the skin would fly everywhere would I loud crush that’s how HARD IT was. I also think they have people working there who don’t really work there also.
Had the original chicken sandwich everyone had raved about when it first came out. I wasn't impressed. Fries were good.
I only give this 2 stars bc they have good tasting food, otherwise it would get less than 1 star. It is closed at odd hours and the staff just don't care. They gave me a sprite when I ordered a coke and a spicy chicken when I had ordered a regular.
Very good chicken tenders, French fries, and biscuit. Service was quick. Chicken was crisp and hot. Fries were not hot but still tasty.
Good hot,fresh and delicious that's my take on this experience ? I enjoyed all of it. Even the dessert was good ?
