The drive thru was good. The Rep who handed me my food was respectful and kind...I even admired her multi colored hair....very cute.Just wish my fries weren't thrown to the bottom of the bag under my sandwhich. They were cold but it is what it is. The Flounder was pretty good and cripsy?
I love Popeye's Chicken! I'm from up north where there is one almost everywhere like a McDonald's. The reason I rated this a 2 star is this reason that I am about to advise. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW!! I'LL normally pull up and check my bag as I'm driving but this location ALWAYS forget to put items in my bag. Not condiments, I'm talking Sides and Biscuits! The food is good but the service from this location could be much better...
Did a online order for the first time. Girl stated she couldn't find the or so a manager had to look for they then did have all my order in the bag and there was hair in my food but it was fresh but I could do without the hair.
Long wait at the drive thru. Looks like the individual there could handle only one car at a time. I spoke on a clear concise voice. It was a simple order consistent of two sandwiches and 1 soda. I couldn't even get a total until I pulled up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window I had to wait for the employee to finish texting on his cell phone so we could complete the transaction. It was a such a simple order and he still screwed it up.How about staying off your phones paying attention and making sure you do your job correctly?
Long wait time due to new employees, Make sure to have patients when going here but the food has been good every time
I ordered the blackened chicken tenders platter with red beans & rice, Mac & cheese, with sweet tea to drink. Those blackened tenders are tender and juicy with no breading. And they might not be for the weak. They are delicious! The Mac & cheese is the best from a fast food restaurant hands down. My second time for this same order and it won't be the last.
Employess can use some help in the customer servoce department! Ordered the chicken tender meal and she just threw a bunch of barbecue sauce in the bag without asking what kind of sauce would I like and she handed me my bag with an attitude. No thank you, have a great day or anything!
This is my absolute favorite chicken place! It's just so juicy crispy crunchy! The biscuits are delicious and I can eat them just the way they are. I love their chicken sandwich, it's a great size and the bun is nice and toasted with crunchy pickles! They have great seasoned fries unlike anywhere else. I tried the mac n cheese today for the first time. I like it but it's the cheese sauce that I'm not a fan of. The top of the mac was really good and cheesy. I'll stick to what I love
Was having a great day, wanted to treat myself and my family to a meal. I paid, and made the mistake of not checking the bag before I left the place. I asked if everything was in the bag and took their word for it... Got home 30 min later to find out my meal was missing. I called them intending on asking for a refund to the $4 sandwich. No one picked up. I called more than 30 times. Twice someone picked up but just put the phone down ignoring me. No one spoke to me. They ignored me. I called their customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They needed a lot of information and would give me a call back about my $4 refund. They put up quite a few hurdles for this...I just wanted a sandwhich and now my mood has plummeted. Yeah, this is a small thing, I get that. I wouldn't have left a negative review or called customer service if they had just answered the phone. Will never return to this location.
The best spicy crunchy shrimp and creamy coleslaw. I also really like the chicken sandwich. WOW
