Food was horrible, cold, and was extremely slow! They said they didn’t have enough staff but had people sitting around doing nothing.
I have been to literally hundreds of Mexican restaurants. I've seen the recent reviews, but as a first timer here, this place is FANTASTIC. I came here for lunch and the staff was nice and they were prompt with the service. Chips and dip are better than average. Food was better than average and plenty to take home. Price, given this economy, was quite affordable. Will be coming back for more!

We enjoyed an early dinner at Poblano’s, which did not disappoint! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! My favorite food item was the from scratch chunky guacamole, so delicious! They make this upon you placing your order, so it’s not pre-made. Another fav was the Passionfruit frozen margarita! So perfectly blended with great flavor! We will be returning soon! I love this place!
Always good food. Just had me waiting after I called in for takeout. Note, I called to see if my food was ready when I pulled up to the restaurant and they said, Yes! When I got inside they said just a minute. I waiting over 5 minutes. Then had to look for the person to come back to the front to service me and one other person waiting. Ok...I will call it, bad moments for that day.
Had a lunch here around 4:00 pm. Quick service w the chips and salsa. $4 margarita sounded good. Tasty but not much alcohol. The combo enchilada plate was good. The steak street tacos had some grissel in them but that's not unusual. Good refried beans. $35 for 2 is way more than I'm used to paying for lumch.
Ordered lunch for delivery. Showed up still hot! The queso, is my favorite kind of queso so that’s a win for me right there.The burrito was also flavorful and full of ingredients. They didn’t skimp out.
Pretty good, but inconsistent. My food was awesome--rice and shrimp cooked perfectly & seasoned well. But my daughter's was not seasoned well, had no cheese when the dish was supposed to come with cheese, looked a tad dry and overcooked and her Sierra Mist tasted awful and had to be sent back for something else. Wait staff was friendly and personable; service was great. Overall, we still enjoyed it and would visit again. I appreciated that their salsa had plenty of cilantro in it and was not super spicy like many places are now.
I should have posted this a couple of months ago... I went in several days before I needed to have our office cater a luncheon. I spoke with Donto and explained everything I wanted and he was so understanding . The day I went to pick up the food he had everything boxed and bagged up , helped me get everything in my car . My office could not have been more pleased with all the food and how delicious it was! I would recommend Pablano's for any catering you have ! Thank you again for everything you did for us
Staff was very friendly and the food was good and inexpensive. We got there when it was kind of busy so we were told it would be a 15 min wait, however, we only waited around 5 min. Service was also still prompt. I will be back again to take advantage of their weekday specials.
