We stopped by for lunch and ordered the lasagna and an eggplant parm sandwich. Both meals were excellent and the owner is as nice as can be.

Cold vegetables put on top a lukewarm piece of pizza was not what I was expecting when I asked for "sausage green peppers and olives". Ordered chicken tenders, got chicken wings instead. Ate them anyway. Completely flavorless. We were really excited to try this place... I brought most of my food home. No one would eat the leftovers, so everything ended up in the trash. My niece's cheese pizza looked good. I should have stuck with the basics. Hate putting bad reviews, but my entire family has been laughing about that piece of pizza since we visited on Saturday.Quaint atmosphere and one of the servers was genuinely nice. Only reason for the 2 stars.ETA...Read a review that says this is "just like NYC pizza". As a tri-stater, I wholeheartedly disagree. Either I went on an extremely bad day, or that person has never had pizza in New York.Scrolled down and read another review that says they "treat black people different." I did notice an attitude from a couple of the workers, but dismissed it. My niece checked out ahead of me and said the cashier was rude to her, but I dismissed that as well until I read that review. I really hope discrimination isn't the real reason why everything I ordered was poor quality or completely incorrect. I was friendly, tipped despite their errors.... But the pictures I'm seeing online do NOT look like anything they served me..

Very disappointed at lunch today. Very hectic, unorganized and filthy. Ordered sandwich of the day special that was supposed to be $8.50. Tiny piece of very oily Chicken Parm. Owner made it seem that fries and soda was included. I didn't even eat the fries because the plastic bottle of ketchup was so disgusting. I didn't even touch the bottle. I was surprised when I went up to the counter to pay $11.99.

The pizza was cold and old. As if it was left out overnight even though they said it came right out of the oven. I even picked it up and I live close by. The Crust was hard and dry. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Disappointed

Ordered a steak and cheese sub and wings and the sub had very little meat that was cut with a utensil that was obviously not clean as I taste barbecue sauce were the cut was. The steak meat taste and quality was like steak-umm meat located in the freezer aisle at your local grocery store. The wings were ok and breaded and in my personal opinion breaded wings don't go with that type food. I can say the pizza looks good ? but that's probably it as I didn't buy it. But don't expect to much from any restaurant located downtown other than higher prices ?

Didn't take pics this time but their pizza was the bees knees as usual. I just had two cheese and like a tomato basil one (I forgot the actual type of pizza it was). Friendly guys as usual.

I always go there they have the best pizza in the city in my opinion it's a good place to take someone on a date it's cozy and it's in the heart of downtown

Love this place and the owner/staff. They've been around for a good while. I've had nothing but great times here. Good food. Good prices. Good people. Give then a try.

Amazing. Stop in for a slice to go and after tasting it walking down the street went back to buy a pie. This is the best pizza I've ever had since I moved out of NY and there isnt even a second place. The owner cooks weekdays, make sure to stop by and try this hidden gem of greensboro

Try that philly cheesesteak, you won't be disappointed. We were the only people in around noon. Service was spot on, food was delicious and the gentleman that waited on us was very friendly. We'll stop here again next time we make it to Greensboro.
