Good food. Cold fries. I ordered bacon on my sandwich they charged my extra for it and forgot it.
The food is always hot and fresh when I order through GrubHub, but it was my in person experience today that will keep me coming back. Thank you for great customer service, and even bigger thank you to the man cooking for helping me to provide a meal to someone less fortunate while there. Thank you!

Like for $9.78 my sub should have had soo much meat, it was falling out the bread. Instead, I had to rip the ends off, as they were hard, dry and empty. My kids went to Mario's across the lot. I should gave stated there too. Unfortunately, I wont be back.
A couple of weeks ago I ate here with my boyfriend and they skipped over my order TWICE and the food was terrible. By the time they fixed my order my boyfriend’s food was cold. They didn’t give us our money back or complimentary anything. I would’ve called and asked to speak to the manager but the food was that bad I didn’t even want to get the new meal.
I went to this location that is called Penn Station Subs on W Wendover Ave. I ordered a large BLT sub and it cost about $20. Tell me how do you order a BLT (bacon, lettuce, and tomato) and only put bacon with no lettuce or tomato in existence on my sub. Not to mention, no mayonnaise either. Please do better in future reference Penn Station.
The manager here is super cool and good to her employees, I got really good customer service. Also the food here is FANTASTIC, one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had
I ordered cheese fries, the pic is what I recieved. Shaking My Head Penn Station, slice cheese peices not even melted. Yes that is a peice of the cheese stuck to the cup.
