I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. Half of the order, the fries, were not ready, so that made the part that was ready, the veggie sub, cold. All of the sub ingredients looked the same, bland. I couldn't tell if they got my order right or not. Also, the sub was real salty. Hmmmm....My fries, nor sub, looked anything like the pictures on the website. The fries also were small and chipped, like it was the bottom of the bag. The lemonade was just okay. I've tasted better. One good thing about the visit was my cookie! THAT made me smile, but it still was not worth the trip...The portion of fries and sub was not worth the amount of money spent. All in all, it was just okay. No hard feelings but, I won't be back.
Seems the employees like cutting up more than making food in a timely fashion. Probably not returning to this location.

Food is on the right side of good. But the staff really sucks. Girl with a nose ring and a mean stink eye took my order and cooked my food. Owners came bustling in and didn’t acknowledge guests at all. Just an unfriendly, weird, uncomfortable place to be. Definitely taking my business back to Monk’s if I get a hankering for a cheesesteak and friendly service.
For years Penn Station was by far my favorite sub and french fry place. For the past couple of years, I've been so disappointed with both the food and the service. The ingredients are still great, but the lack of care in preparation has continually resulted in tiny french fry fragments, limp fries, smaller portions of meat, ordered condiments left off, etc. I'm about to give up, at least on the Pisgah Church store. Maybe the store off West Wendover is better. I hope so; I want the Penn Station I fell in love with to come back to me!
Got a large cheesesteak and paid for extra steak and extra cheese extra mayo and extra grilled onions and extra mushrooms and I definitely didn't get any of the above please do better I should get what I ask and pay for
I went here during lunch hours (to be exact around 1:00 pm) and I got a cheesesteak sandwich special. It was really good. The fries were good and the sandwich was nice and hot. The workers were friendly as well. I will definitely come back.
I Love Penn Station. When my order arrived like this, i stop spending my money here.This was take out.
Not good for so many reasons. I gave it a second star because the employees were friendly. The place was ridiculously priced and the prices were not on the wall where you order. I left with a salad, 12 inch sub, med coke and a fry for 23 dollars and some change. What I got was a long wait to make a salad with torn up meat and cheese. The cheese is more like velvetta slices. The sub- bread was too hard and again with the soft packaged cheese. Just really poor quality. Our takeaway…not going back. Should take the door on the right and gotten a burrito.
