I have to say this place is pathetic I order and there is always some B.S. out of pickles, no drinks, and they charge you the same for a cup of ice!!! This place needs to be shut down and subway brought back. Jeez! If I could give no stars I would!
croutons are always stale, bread is hard. Just terrible!
Items missing 50% of time. Sandwiches and salads frequently prepared incorrectly. Grilled cheese is melted cheese on warm bread (not grilled)! Pitiful. Cone Hospital should do better then this and hold Panera to higher standards.
Just awful. Chicken sandwich made me sick for 24 hours! Good thing I was only a visitor! Almost became a patient!

This is the most unprofessional Panera bread I've ever been to. I miss my whole lunch break waiting Chipotle egg chicken avocado wrap. Once I was able to eat my sandwich I realized they did not have avocado nor chipotle sauce. They informed me after I went back down. They never have what u pay full price for.
Sandwich was good, coffee was cold, staff barely acknowledged my presence. I got the feeling I was an intrusion.
Not one to complain but on multiple occasions in just the past 3 months I have ordered, picked it up, finally sit down and find something is always missing. It’s usually the pastry I order with my food that’s forgotten. Most recently when I had to go back for my cookie, I decided to save it for later, got home, bit in it and pulled a hair out of it…
Waited 15 minutes while the front person took everyone else’s order. The coffee pots were all empty. I decided to get in line then I would have a turn and she would switch out the coffee. She refused. Said she would get it a minute and proceeded to take the next order and get the other customers their special drinks and hot tea.
Yesterday I placed an order online unaware that this location was within a Mose Cone, after entering several entrance and being turn around because of Covid protocol which was understandable but after calling Panera at this location and explaining my name dilemma I was met by a snarky young woman that told me that in bold letters it tells you that only Moses Cone employees are able to order from this site. This is not the case, I wouldn't have placed order if I knew this, but was more ridiculous was this young lady then hung up on me. I called to corporate and in short was told they had an IT issue ......you think???? No your company has a customer service issue.
