The food was good. Person at the register was very welcoming, and the people preparing the food were working hard. I enjoyed the food and all interactions. It all goes down hill after you get your food. They clearly had been busy at some point, because every table still had food remnants on them. Nothing had been wiped down. The place where dishes go was overflowing and awkwardly stacked.Keep in mind this was around 3:30 in the afternoon and there was maybe 2 other customers. But tables all had crumbs or soup splash on them, dirty dishes hanging on for dear life, and lids for cups were all over the place.

We ordered two Signature Take Chicken Sandwiches. The bun was fine. The takeout box was fine. But the sandwich was a disappointment. The chicken was tough and tasteless. There was not much breading adhering to the meat. Just a smidgen of sauce atop. It does not compare to other chicken sandwiches ... i.e.Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. It is overpriced given it is not at all “Signature “.

This is a franchise if you have an issue you won't get anything done locally. I had to call corp. Then wait to see if franchise DM contacted me then call Corp back before they gave me credit for burnt food bad services being out of supplies at coffee counter.Cashiers not wash or sanitizing hands after handle cash register before grabbing food gloves to get orders dirty hands = dirty gloves. Also coffee station is not kept up; very often no coffee, or cream, or stir sticks supplies. These have been on going issues. Burnt my bagel tried but could not eat it even with cream cheese.

The food is good usually, however we had to wait almost an hour for our meal today due to the restaurant being understaffed. The staff was friendly and trying their best but management needs to do more to attract more workers.

Love this place there is always a consistency in there flavor throughout there restaurants.

Just DON'T!!!!When you walk in you see a filthy condiment station and employees cursing!!! Looks as if this establishment hasn't been cleaned in a week. Maybe they forgot they serve food, here!?! My sandwich was made wrong. Don't EVER get anything from the bakery...STALE!!!! Where is management?? Where is the regional manager?? Why is this location still open?

Waited over 5 mins for the cashier to complete the order ahead of me from a confused couple. Then she walked away, made 3 drinks, went in the back room, went to the kitchen and came back after another 5 minutes of waiting to finally take my order. She was busy, doing 3 jobs at once. I ordered the sausage and pepperoni pizza…she said “oh we don’t offer the sausage anymore.” So I said ok I’ll just have the pepperoni pizza. She said “yeah, but we’re out of pizza cheese.” I waited in that place 18 minutes to find out they are yet again out of something. Can’t they just post what they are out of since they’re always out of something so you don’t have to waste time waiting.

I ordered the 2-fer deal- a bowl of soup and max and cheese. I know the food here comes prepackaged, but I expect they at least heat it up first. When I brought my ice cold mac and cheese to the counter to be warmed, the worker laughed and told me to microwave it myself up by the coffee counter. I didn’t come out to eat to have to make it myself. I’ll just stay in with my boxed mac next time, at least Annie’s has consistency. Awful service and food.

Always a pleasure to visit here.... everybody is always nice and friendly and happy and helpful!!! and the food is always great ???

Have not been to a Panera in over a year at least. Thought I'd give it a try again and placed a mobile order. The food was good; their broccoli cheddar soup never disappoints. My reason for 4 stars is because the order wasn't entirely correct, but they did leave off the things I requested so it was good enough. I'd definitely try again!
